Sahil Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I went on a Friday afternoon (did not realize it was prayer time woops) I heard many great things about the place and excitedly made it through the crowds of people but was dealt with VERY RUDELY by the owner/manager..I didnt understand how the seating works so I asked where I could sit and he screamed at me saying sit wherever you find a spot..I squirmed my way through the restaurant trying to find a spot and finally sat down at a table with 3 other random people who didn't know each other and ordered my biriyani..my expectations were very high for the biriyani after all the trouble I took to get there but sadly I was disappointed..it was just ok and definitely not the delicious flavorful biryani I'd come to expect from watching YouTube videos...

The owner(s) or whoever sits on the counter of the restaurant are very rude. They talked to to us in a very ill-mannered way which was very disheartening. They absolutely don't know how to talk to a customer and how to listen to customer feedback. I would NEVER recommend anyone to visit this place as there are numerous restaurants that serve much better food with politeness and great...

Very bad experience😢, we ordered biryani and nalli nihari , thank God we didn't ordered much, n what we got is chicken palow with only 3 pieces of very small chicken, n lots of rice, price 80 Rs, and in nalli nihari we got very small 2 pieces of mutton without bone(nalli), price 80 Rs, plz don't go to waste ur...
