Subway High Street Phoenix — Restaurant in Mumbai

Bread was completely over when i visited store they told only warps and salad available, and everyone had such a ridiculous behavior when i asked why are u preparing now they are saying abhi khatam hua like really ??? Your company people wait enter bread to finish then they will bake ??? Being pregnant i came allover to just take subway and this this the standards you people are drawing??? Why day by day staf and your service is going down and down ??when i asked i want to have word with manager some Krish swamived came and was talking so rubbish that last shift guys did not make so we are making bread our shift just started and when i asked him will you wait bread to get finish then will you make, even subway have multi option of bread and they wer waiting to get finish whole bread to bake and make wait client for half an hour ??? Many client in front of me went back just bcz there was no bread.. also Krish swamived just walked away while i was talking and suddenly i asked where is he is he bringing bread call him so after few minutes he came and Rudely told i have other work also, when i asked him i was talking to u without ending conversation how can you go again he rplyd me very Rudely, this whole experience was so pathetic that i will never go subway to buy anything, for there business clients has to suffer and such a annoying and no manner staff at subway now days horrible...

This is horrible subway! By US standards this franchise must come under scrutiny and audit and perhaps shut down. It has flies inside on its ingredients as you can see in the photos I posted.the lettuce is left to contaminate with other veggies and tastes like its bad. There were employees who were working without their uniform and had their hair fall into subs. Basically, its a health hazard and also failure on customer service. Also, the takeaway or all these app pick ups are getting more priority then the actual customer on hand.

Recommendations:

subway audit this location either take over or reinvent it entirely.

train the staff and make sure they follow the guidelines forth set.

Do pest control and please don't serve rotten food to the customers.

I love subway in the US and also rest of the world but here experience has been bad and now this was...

RATatouille Is A Reality!

For the uninitiated, Ratatouille is a Disney movie in which a rat (yes, an actual rat) is a gifted chef and prepares the most amazing meals at a high-end restaurant. Good news for all Disney fans: you can catch Ratatouille live at this outlet! I got to witness a gigantic RAT prancing all over the toaster and oven (where all the breads are kept)!

When a fellow on-looker pointed out this majestic show by the rat to the server, he didn't seem to care enough to even react. Perhaps, this rat too, is a gifted chef and imbeciles like my fellow on-looker and me aren't able to appreciate it.
