Pizza Hut | Highstreet Phoenix Lower Parel, Mumbai — Restaurant in Mumbai

I recently visited the Pizza Hut outlet at Palladium Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai. I ordered their Pizza Melts, and to be honest, it was decent but nothing fancy. The flavours were quite bland. I had to pair it with tomato ketchup and add some oregano just to enjoy it. It was not bad, but it did not excite my taste buds either. The portion size was good for one person.

There was a long waiting time, and the tables were not clean. What made the experience more uncomfortable was that the air conditioning was not working, and I had to personally go up to the staff multiple times just to ask for basic things like tissues and water. The ambience looks nice from the outside, but when you sit down, it does not feel clean or well-maintained.

I have tried their regular pizzas in the past, and I honestly feel those are better than the Pizza Pocket. The crust is usually crisp, the cheese nicely melted, and overall, the flavours are much more balanced. If you are planning to visit, I would recommend skipping the Pizza Melts and going for one of their classic pizzas instead.

I feel service plays a very important role. Even if the food is simple, warm and attentive service can make the meal feel more special. That was missing here. I really hope they work on training their staff better and start giving more importance to customer satisfaction and hygiene.

Worst experience ever, me and my cousins visited it on 11 November 2024 at nearly 7:30pm we ordered meal for 1 veg and meal for 4 nonveg and just after ordering it the other customers came who looked rich they got their order in 15 minutes, they ate their food and went but we were still waiting for ours to come. After waiting for 1 hour we got our meal but they didn't served us plates to eat after asking twice or thrice they gave us plates, our meal includes pepsi so we were still waiting for it to be served but they didn't served until we asked them 3/4 times for it too, they just said yes yes and went in the kitchen. We asked for bill after ordering to the person who was at the counter, he said that he don't have authority to give the bill because his manager was not present there at that time.They served us dry slice of bread which was just toasted in the name of garlic bread. I took a photo of it to post here but unfortunately I am unable to post it. Anyways very unprofessional service, never going to visit again the pizza hut which is in phoenix mall...

One of the worst experience I have ever faced in #pizzahut . Yesterday on 31 jan 2025 evening , me and my frnd visited here n ordered Friday offer meal and other pizza, they told us to give sir all orders once so we can manage to serve you all your meal with in 1 hr policy (applied on Friday meal only ) But then they start ignoring us and giving orders to others just because we ordered Friday offer meal, after asking 2-3 staff and 40 min later then also they served only one pizza and again started ignoring...

When I asked them why u r doing like this , you r serving orders to everyone except me One of the staff answering and other staff smile (shamelessly) Fkt mulgi sobat hoti manun to smile karnara wachla , nahi tr tyala smile karnyach uattar denar hoto.... Next time mitran sobat jail tevha as late zal aani smile keli tr tyala samjavnyat yeil 💯
