Subject: Complaint Regarding Loyalty Points Redemption and Poor Customer Service at Oshiwara Outlet

I recently received a message from your end reminding me to redeem my loyalty points. Acting on this reminder, I visited your Oshiwara outlet and placed an order for an Almond Brownie Waffle and a Lemon Iced Tea.
At the counter, your staff confirmed that I had 310 loyalty points, and my total bill was ₹330. I was informed that 300 points could be redeemed and I would need to pay only ₹30. The staff also contacted the manager over a call to confirm the process.
However, despite waiting patiently, no billing was completed. Eventually, I requested that the waffle be canceled and only the iced tea be billed, due to the delay. Even then, billing was not done promptly. After a long wait, the manager finally arrived, checked all the messages and confirmed that everything was valid, but still my loyalty points were not redeemed. I had to pay the full amount for the order.
Additionally, I attempted to contact your company multiple times by phone for assistance, but received no response. To make matters worse, the staff at the outlet behaved rudely, which left me feeling disrespected and extremely disappointed.
I did not ask for any special treatment or favors—this was an offer initiated by your company. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and respect. The entire experience was frustrating and humiliating.
I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I would also like a resolution regarding the unused loyalty points and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The store temperature was extremely high, around 40°C, which made it very uncomfortable to even stand in the store for a few minutes while waiting to collect my order.
