WTC Pasta — Restaurant in Mumbai

Overview & Recommendation:

Located in Khau Gali of Ghatkopar, this is a classic joint which has to offer a variety of Pasta. It’s into the limelight for their delish Pink Sauce Pasta. It has a stall near Gurukripa Hotel and also one in the main Khau Gali. If you want to put your money where your mouth is, go for the Pink Sauce pasta with a leap of faith.

This is a treat to your taste buds. Anytime if you feel you want to celebrate a cheat day then reward yourself with a pink sauce Pasta (combination of Red sauce, White Sauce, Amul cream, Cheese and other infinity sauces) which has outburst of Italian flavours in a desi style. It has Corn, Onions, Capsicums infused in the pink sauce which is so perfectly balanced. Its a bit heavy to eat, but so worth it.

It costs nearly 300 bucks which I would say is on a higher side for a street joint which has no ambience or seating to offer. But definitely its flavory and delicious which trumps...

I recently had the pleasure of trying the famous pasta from WTC Pasta, located in Ghatkopar's Khaugalli. It is without a doubt among the top places to try when searching for famous Khaugallis in Mumbai.

I ordered their pasta in white sauce, and it was an absolute delight. The dish was prepared outstandingly, with the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Each bite was a burst of creamy goodness that left me craving for more. The combination of the tender pasta and the rich white sauce was simply heavenly.

They make really delicious pastas. I had Pink Penne Pasta over there, they were amazing. But I was expecting more varities from them, as they have many stalls all over Mumbai on various locations so I expected some more flavours which aren't available elsewhere but they had the same menu as they have at other stalls.
