The Serial Griller - Khar — Restaurant in Mumbai

Three stars for the burger and the initiative of the staff to correct their mistake. The burgers are good and at par with competitors, no complaints there. You might even get a deal if you order online which unfortunately doesn't reflect there but that's not the point though. My experience was somewhat unpleasant. We were 5 pax including 2 senior citizens and the staff told us to cram ourselves into space for 4 people inspite of the premises being entirely vacant. This came as a rude gesture given that we ordered a burger each and rather be treated with respect. We occupied the other place anyways since that wasn't possible. Next came another blunder where I mistakenly made the payment twice but the guys in Versova weren't able to confirm as they're busy. Okay, excused. A promise was made to refund the amount by night or early morning max. I made sure to follow up once at night to see if they had any updates. No updates. Excused! It's morning again and literally noon and I followed up. No update yet. Another follow up and the accounts guy hadn't turned up. The fourth attempt was when we lost our cool and these guys covered up with "it takes a day to reflect" which is BS. The money was refunded finally. Appreciate the corrective measures taken by the staff but yeah next time please do not try to cram or force cram people into small spaces. We're customers, we're paying and we do deserve...

Went here last Sunday to try out their burgers (ofcourse). The place is right beside Dollaly and has small space to sit. Being a small space too, they had pretty good crowd coming in to try their burgers out.

BEVERAGES

• Oreo Milkshake (4/5): Classic Oreo Milkshake! It was nice and thick and was ofcourse on a sweeter side.

• Choco Chip Milkshake (4/5): Again a classic one! This too was thick and tasted pretty yummm! Me being a thick milkshake fan, I really liked it!

FOOD

• Potato Wedges (3/4): I ordered African Spiced potato wedges that were pretty long and crisp. Decent in taste.

• Paneer Avocado Salsa Burger (4/5): Ordered this from their International Burgers range. Paneer patty was pretty thick and I really liked the guac-salsa dressing. It is a loaded burger, so yeah you'll pretty much be full after this.

• Griller's Chicken & Truffle Burger (4/5): Grilled chicken fan? Go for this one! Again a burger from their International Burgers range. The grilled chicken was pretty huge and I really liked the truffle mayo dressing of this one. Tasted a bit different than the burgers I've tried so far.

Apart from what we had, they have manyyyy other options in burgers, sides & beverages too! Definitely a must visit if you're around Khar, and it's nearby to the Khar...

This is one of my favourite places when it comes to burger, this place serves some mouth drooling burgers which are excellent quality & quantity wise.

Recently they have launched new burger category which is 'International Burgers' the burgers are cooked differently with variety of sauces & using exotic veggies.

We had ordered 'Nashville Hot Burger' which comes with a fried chicken breast with hot & spicy sauce, tastes delicious. Next we had ordered 'Griller Chicken Triple Mayo' it comes with a juicy chicken patty, loads of mayo & cheese, but its a bit sweet in taste.
