Extremely Disappointing and Embarrassing Experience – Completely Ruined My Brother’s Birthday!

I had the worst experience ever with this patisserie, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking to make a special occasion memorable.

I had ordered a birthday cake worth ₹1900 ( 500 gms) expecting it to be delivered on time and in perfect condition — as promised. Shockingly, the cake was delivered at 11:30 PM at night — almost midnight! Not only was the timing completely unacceptable, but it also ruined the entire celebration. There was no apology, no proper communication, and no sense of urgency or responsibility from their end. The delay was not only deeply disappointing but also extremely embarrassing in front of my guests. A birthday cake arriving that late? What’s the point?

I trusted this place for a special day, and they completely let me down. For a premium price, I expected premium service — what I got was a total disaster. Save yourself the stress and choose a patisserie that values its customers and their special moments.

Ordered a cake for my anniversary on 11th August. Supposed to be delivered by 4 pm, was delayed to 6 pm. Finally got a call saying it will deliver by 10:00 pm. It was sent in a Uber car.

First thing - no surprise cake for the occasion as planned since all the celebrations were over.

Second thing - the cake arrived in a melted condition most probably because the Uber driver had switched off the AC.

I was offered a complimentary cake to compensate for the mess. I told them that I will let them know when I can place a request for the same.

Cut to 10th October - I request for the complimentary cake on 9th Oct for delivery on 10th Oct on the occasion of the anniversary of my in-laws. They mentioned that I should call the landline number. I tried that number - it is never reachable. I messaged them the same. No botheration to call or reply. The complimentary cake was just a farce.

Never had such a pathetic customer experience with any service provider in recent times. Need I say more. Order at...
