JAGDAMB RANMEWA (Thali, Indian, Chinese, Tandoor ) — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

We were suggested to order thali, stating two thali’s would be sufficient for three people. Wanted to order spl mutton thali however we’re informed that it’s not available. Surmai thali with chapati and mutton thali with bhakri was our order. And here’s how our experience was

Both the thalis were served with Bhakti’s, had to give two reminders and that’s how we got chapatis in exchange of bhakri.

The thali description mentions Sujay (dry fish prep), as well as sweet dish but both were missing in our thali.

We realised that food served is not enough and wanted to place additional order for which we asked for menu card. Menu card was never given. We wonder why???

We reminded them multiple times about missing items from the thali and we were told that the items are being prepared and they are not ready (why would anyone suggest customer an option of thali when all the items listed are not ready/available?)

No one was ready to serve rice that was a part of thali, instead they served us finger bowl (guess that’s what customer service means to them)

When we asked to speak to manager about the issue we were told that manager is busy, and was told we will offer you discount !

The person who (supposedly) runs (or was sitting at the cash counter) mentioned “hota hai, naya jagah hai na!”

The point here is, family goes out eating to enjoy some quality time. While quality was big time missing here (food, customer service, accountability etc), the least they could do is not humiliate customer stating we will offer you discount. (Money is not everything)

So the service is pathetic!!!

On the food part, it wasn’t anything great either.
