McDonald's — Restaurant in Nehru Place

I have visited the McDonald's at Satyam Cinema Complex in Nehru Place several times and it's become my go to spot for a quick meal before catching a movie. The location is super convenient right in the complex, so you can grab something to eat and head straight to your show.

The staff here is generally efficient & friendly, even during peak hours when the place gets packed with moviegoers. Orders are prepared quickly, which is essential when you are racing against time before a screening starts.

The food quality is consistent with McDonald's standards ; hot fries, fresh burgers and their signature cold coffee never disappoints. The seating area is clean and well maintained, though it can get crowded on weekends and evenings. The ambiance is bright, casual & family friendly.

Horrible Experience from a world class so called McDonalds Nehru Place... First of all, they delivered order where Potato patties were missing in both the McAloo tikki burger and McVeggie burger !!!! 😄 Swiggy was efficient in getting a replacement order. And we also thought this was enough

Until we realised, the quality and taste of burger was so bad that soon after eating them we got food poisoning the next morning ..all of us had loose motions so it proves the food from here was unhygenicly packed by unprofessional idiots.

Advise u to avoid this Nehru Place outlet all u McD lovers, this is a dangerous place if you care for your health, dont go there, they have lost it completely.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your Nehru Place Delhi on 17 September 2024 At approximately 12:40 pm.

The behavior of the cash counter staff member was unprofessional and discourteous. Instead of providing the friendly service that McDonald's is known for, she appeared disinterested and impatient while taking my order. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made my experience unpleasant.

I believe that customer service is a vital part of the dining experience, and I hope that you will address this matter to ensure that future customers receive the quality service they expect.
