A Mixed Experience at Bheemeshwara - A South Indian Delicacy in CP Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) My recent visit to Bheemeshwara in CP left me with mixed feelings about this South Indian restaurant located at the entry of the outer circle. While the ambiance was decent and the restaurant boasted a South Indian vibe, the overall dining experience was far from extraordinary. The food, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. The idlis were passable, the dosa left much to be desired, and the vada was quite disappointing. As a vegetarian, I found limited satisfaction in the offerings. However, it was interesting to observe that many non-vegetarian tables were relishing the biryani, hinting at a potential silver lining for those with a penchant for meat. The filter coffee, a South Indian specialty, received a lukewarm reception – it was acceptable but failed to leave a lasting impression. Despite going with family, the overall consensus was that no one truly enjoyed the meal. Service was another significant letdown. Bheemeshwara claims to offer a fine dining experience, but the slowest service marred the overall impression. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and often neglected basic etiquettes, such as promptly clearing tables or providing fresh cutlery after each course. This lack of attention to detail detracted from the dining experience and left a sour taste in our mouths. One redeeming aspect of our visit was the presence of unlimited ghee, a saving grace for those who appreciate the indulgence of clarified butter. This, however, was not enough to salvage the overall lackluster experience. In conclusion, Bheemeshwara falls short of delivering an exceptional South Indian dining experience in CP. While the unlimited ghee may attract some patrons, the subpar food, indifferent service, and overall lack of excitement leave much to be desired. It might be worth exploring other options in the area for a more satisfying culinary adventure.

Amidst a happening place,it's a pleasant surprise to see an eating place presenting delicacies of Telengana!!! The ambience is fine and the rate card is affixed on the Main Door is a good idea to invite Budget customers. The dining place is tastefully decorated and maintained on the ground as well as a mazzine floor. Washrooms are clean and convenient for usage. The staff appears a bit inexperienced but manageable. The menu is simple and informative.Table menu is an addition to make you aware of the special delicacies on platter today!!! However, the food taste is different due to regional touch and flavours. The staff has not been detailed and prepared to interact with customers to inform about the varied & typical taste of food items of Telengana. Candidly speaking, food items or delicacies are the special Brand Ambassadors of Palliate and tummy which goes straight to Mind thereby creating a niche for the desired results.A special food specialist if not connisaire to be deployed as well as poster detailing specialities of available food items. As experienced and qualified staff is not there so the order is served as per speed of preparations not in line with the verbal request of customers. In one line,A nice place without Food and hospitality management.

I ordered two masala dosa from this place through delivery. They have failed me at several fronts. First, the red chutney was over dominated by ginger. Surprisingly no garlic and nothing else in taste. Second the dosa was just seven to eight inches in diametre. Thats too small given the price of the food is less than any other eatery serving south indian in CP. Adding to the dosa aspect, it was so elastic and rubber like, please see the images attatched, its thin, shiny, not crispy but stiff and elastic like. The dosa batter is to blame, seems like it was not at all fermented. Even after re heating it it was not edible. They failed at making a dosa. Thirdly, they gave the potato filling so less, literally two spoons of it for each dosa. Fourthly, the sambhar was excessively spicy. i literally used it like a chuney, it was that spicy. The coconut chutney and peanut chutney were fine. Overall, my delivery experience from this place was pretty bad. I would definately try some other and more popular, reliable, older place than them for south indian food next time.

On one Sunday evening me and wife wanted to have good south Indian food after a long walk of Kartavya Path. First we went to Madras coffee house and Sarvana Bhavan. Both the places were full so we took a chance on this new place which was still accepting guests. We ordered safe bets Idlis , vada, mini dosa with filter coffees. It took them sometime to take the simple order but we can understand as it’s a Sunday evening in CP. And then the reality started to come out. After about 32 mins we got our incomplete order. And the quality was so so bad that we ended up leaving it. We were very hungry after our long walk at Kartavya path and just were not in a mood to contest but the quality kept going south only. The idlis were all raw, vada was raw, dosa had a terrible taste, Sambhar yuk. Chutneys had no taste. We ordered two coffees but got one. In a nutshell shell, both quality and quantity were not up to the mark.

We called the manager on the floor, after seeing the issues, he tried to get someone Senior. To my surprise, the owner was in the restaurant but he left his team to dry. The manger tried offering discount or bill waiver. I had one question with them, ‘do you think we are here for free food?’ To which one sr manger who was calling himself the cluster head turned up. We kept requesting for bill so that we can leave. They got us a bill with 30% discount and the best part it still had service fees. After a horrible experience, they had the audacity to still charge a service fees. I objected and wanted to pay the bill. The moment he came to know the missing coffee, he decided to take the bill back and insisted on full bill waver. I asked them again but he never gave it to us. But do they really believe that they can buy out a negative review if the bill is discounted or waived off? Is this the way to run a business right in the outer...

Worst experience ever!

I had heard a lot about the place so thought of visiting here today with my friend. Never thought we would experience such bad customer service.

We waited for more than 40 mins outside for our seat that was still fine.

Upon entering more than half of the items were not available. Basic items like Idly and vada were not available.

After getting inside they took almost 7-8 mins to get the table cleaned.

Upon placing the order we placed an order of Sambhar Rice and within a minute we thought of switching to Basic Veg Thali (which basically consisted of Sambhar, Rice, Rasam, Papad and Dahi) to which the person in charge of our table denied that it cannot be done now! It was not even a minute that we placed an order, it's not like we told him after a long time.

He later agreed but then again came after 10 mins stating what we wanted to order? I mean even after confirming the change he came back again asking what is the order?

Their customer service was really pathetic. After that they all kept ignoring us and were serving food to people who came later than us and did not even bother to look or serve food.

After repeatedly asking them 7-8 times and complaining they kept smirking stating 5 mins more and the food was served without cutlery.

We had to wait for another 10 mins to wait for a spoon.

The food was below average. Sambhar and Rasam had no taste at all. The quantity served was ok but the food didn't have any taste and was extremely bland.

I would never visit here again, they make their customers feel uncomfortable and embarrassed making us call them again and again while they are avoiding the customers and not even looking at them!

Never felt insulted like this in any restaurant ever! I will never visit here with my friends or family and will never let me visit either! Such a pathetic...
