Subway P Block CP — Restaurant in New Delhi

I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken salad at Subway and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the first bite to the last, I was continuously impressed by the quality and taste of this dish.

This place in P block CP has politely aggressive staff. Passive aggressive staff. Who dont care a damn about customer service. They are so mechanical that the only thing they know is to take and serve orders. Creepy. Soon we shall be replaced by robots. I guess robots will be better as they will be computerised. These semi humans with no worklife balance have lost it all. This is about their behaviour and service. Next comes the billing part. I use a restaurant ticket card by edenred which is speceficallly used for famous food chains., amongst which subway is one. Either subway is inconsistent or plainly these staff are half literate anti-customer people. When all the outlets of subway accept the edenred restaurant ticket card, this outlet would simply refuse to use the card. First time of my visit I requested them to use the card they simply denied saying that the card doesnt work. I requested them to atleast try to swipe and check. They arrogantly refused. As if their ego was bruised. All the staff stood together against me. And I was forced not to use a something which was lawfully supposed to be used here. Unfortunately i visited this P block subway again and this time with my brother and sister-in-law. This time they recognised me and one of the staff came and said, “she is the same woman” and then they restarted the same argument that we left unresolved. This time one of the staff was kind enough and ran the card for 10rupees and bingo the card was accepted and money was charged. So they agreed to charge. However the manager in charge came and called the owner and the manager said not to bill it from my card. That is what i heard from this side of the conversation.

Now my request ro Subway: please put an end to this harrassment. People want to eat peacefully. No one wants to fight for the food they can afford. Either give us consistent service or pull it off. Subway in promenade vasant kunj used the restaurant ticket card. Edenred. Then why not P block? Now how do I know which subway uses edenred ticket restaurant?? Put an end to this distortion And...

Worst customer service ever in a subway. The guys were busy moving a giant glass early on...which was understandable. Bit afterwards, I was getting my order prepared, the music was too loud to hear clearly. I told the person I want a meal. He asked me which one even when I had told him the one with toasties. He rudely uncaringly pointed to the menu. Next even after ordering the toast I had to remind them to make it as they forgot. Which was after I finished my sub and drink. Guy named roshan was my biggest concern. Also carelessly all three on the front end were busy on their phones. I have worked front end/customer service even at a subway. People got suspended on using their phones while on job. This is no way to get things done while running at a store....
