Rating: 5/5 I recently had the pleasure of savoring Boya's 5-course menu, crafted by the ingenious Chef Augusto. This culinary journey took me through a symphony of flavors and textures, expertly blending Thai, Chinese, and other international influences. The first course, a Thai-style raw papaya salad, was a refreshing start. The combination of crunchy carrots, cherry tomatoes, roasted peanuts, and zesty lemon and fish sauce was a delight. Next, the Shanghai crispy chicken arrived, and its crispy exterior gave way to tender, juicy meat. The scallions, carrots, capsicum, onions, and Sriraja added a satisfying crunch and a burst of flavors. The wheat flour noodles, tossed with cabbage, beansprouts, and ketchup manis, made for a comforting and savory third course. The fourth course, a spinach, tofu, cauliflower, and beansprout stir-fry in hot garlic-onion pepper, was a masterclass in balancing flavors. Served with a side of black rice, this dish was both nourishing and delicious. Finally, the Matcha yuzu pistachio dessert provided a sweet and refreshing conclusion to the meal. The combination of bitter matcha, tangy yuzu, and crunchy pistachio was a revelation. Throughout the meal, Chef Augusto's attention to detail and commitment to using only the freshest ingredients shone through. Each dish was expertly plated, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, Boya's 5-course menu is a must-try for any food enthusiast. With its harmonious blend of flavors, impeccable presentation, and generous portions, this culinary journey is sure to leave you satiated and eager for more.

So loved each and every dish. The restaurant’s exquisite design, features marble accents and custom furnishings, creates an inviting ambiance for guests to enjoy not just a meal but a celebration of culinary artistry.

Wonderful dining experience. The place is very nicely designed. You have beautiful chandeliers and nice glass roof which is great during Sunny Days. Pradeep was our server and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Now let’s come to food. I really enjoyed the Quinoa Avocado Salad, Salmon Sushi, Nasi Goreng and Shitake Mushroom. Deserts were really nice too. Headlined by Chef Augusto, the place is must visit as it has nice flavor of Japanese & Peruvian cuisine.

My recent visit to Boya Japanese Restaurant revealed a dining gem that excels in every category. This establishment deserves nothing less than perfect marks across the board. The ambiance immediately impresses with its thoughtful blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern elegance. Natural materials, strategic lighting, and meticulous design details create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The space invites diners to relax and fully appreciate the culinary journey ahead. Boya's food quality stands as a testament to culinary excellence. Each dish demonstrates remarkable precision and creativity, honoring Japanese traditions while introducing innovative elements. The freshness of ingredients speak to an unwavering commitment to quality. The standout offering was their charcoal-infused pizza, a fusion masterpiece that perfectly represents Boya's innovative approach. The subtle smokiness of the perfectly crafted base provides an ideal foundation for premium Japanese toppings, creating a harmonious flavor profile that's both familiar and excitingly novel. This dish alone exemplifies why Boya stands apart from other fine dining establishments. Service at Boya embodies the Japanese concept of omotenashi—anticipatory hospitality that enhances the dining experience without intruding upon it. The staff's impressive knowledge about preparation techniques and ingredient origins added depth to my appreciation of each dish. Boya has mastered the delicate balance of honoring culinary traditions while embracing creative possibilities. Their flawless execution across all dimensions—atmosphere, food quality, signature dishes, and attentive service—earns them a perfect 5/5 rating. Whether for a special celebration or simply to experience extraordinary Japanese cuisine, Boya delivers a memorable dining experience that will linger long after the final bite. It represents Japanese fine dining at its...

🌸 Boya – Where Japan Meets Peru, and Magic Happens!🌸

Tucked away in the swanky lanes of Malcha Marg, Boya isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a culinary love affair between Japanese precision and Peruvian zest! 💕 Spread across two beautifully designed floors, this place oozes elegance with an authentic upmarket vibe.

But the real MVP ?Chef Augusta—ex-lead at Oberoi & mastermind behind Townhall (Khan market)—who didn’t just serve us food but took us on a gastronomic rollercoaster 🎢, explaining every dish with passion. 👨‍🍳✨

🍣 Sushi Chronicles: We kicked off with the Tsukiji rolls (a spicy tango of roasted seaweed, salmon, and tuna) & the Tanuki Salmon(Nordic salmon kissed by togarashi heat 🔥). And of course, the California rolls—crab sticks + black flying fish egg = umami heaven! 🤤

Mains That Stole the Show: The Grilled Salmon with Salsa—smoky & divine! 🐟🔥 The Pan-Seared Snapper was a crispy, juicy dream, paired with Brussels sprouts & asparagus for that gourmet crunch.

🍹 Sippity Sip: We played it healthy with a Detox Drink & a Mixed Berry Smoothie with protein—because balance, right? 😆

🍫 Sweet Ending: A Dark Chocolate Mousse with Berries—pure decadence, making our taste buds dance!

Verdict?Boya is a must-visit if you want top-tier Japanese-Peruvian fare with a side of luxury.

Arigato & Gracias, Chef Augusta! and All the best to Bhavya 🙌 (the young restaurateur who owns the place and has...
