Palatini Pizzeria — Restaurant in New Delhi

Regardless of your pizza preferences, this place is worth taking a train and a bus to get to. The way Mukul has recreated the NY Pizza experience in our very own Dilli is just amazing. The vibe, the sauce, the different blends of cheese on the pizza, it’s just fantastic and unique.

Especially if you’re someone who views the crust as the first, second, and third most important aspect of pizza, then there is no better pizza in town other than Palatini.

Growing up, most of us have experienced Pizza as a lovable mush of dough, sauce and toppings. But the artistry with which palatini puts the same ingredients together to create an unforgettable taste and texture is amazing.

The place is really nice and clean and give you vibe of being in NY. Have not been to NY. The place has decor of NY themes wallpapers, paintings and color theme of restro and offers thin crust pizza The place offers very less choice: only 2 veg (cheese margarita and veg) and 2 non veg pizza. However the toppings can be added separately, chargeable extra. The portion size I believe is quite small and won't say it's value for money. Although I got to know about this restaurant about a year ago, I didn’t really get to visit it because of the lockdown. However, yesterday, I finally visited, and, it was worth the wait. The pizza did justice to the theme of the restaurant I.e. handmade New York style pizzas. One more thing that I really appreciated was that the staff was very polite, and I felt like I have actually stepped inside a restaurant in New York City.
