"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gam's Delicacy Restaurant, and I must say that it was a truly delightful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, with beautiful decor and comfortable seating.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist us with any requests we had. The menu was extensive, and the dishes we ordered were beautifully presented and delicious. The quality of the food was outstanding, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that were expertly prepared.

The pricing was reasonable for the quality of the food and service we received, and we felt that we got great value for our money. One unique feature that we particularly enjoyed was the extensive wine list, which offered a great selection of wines from different regions and styles.

Delicious, home-style cooking, low on spice and grease. This restaurant specializes in food from the North-East (in particular Assam, of course) though they do also offer the Punjabi/Mughlai food popular in Delhi. You can order a la carte, though if you're a smaller group, ordering a vegetarian thali (with a non-vegetarian dish on the side, if you want) is a good option. We did this, ordering four vegetarian thalis, a borali fish curry, and a pork fry.

All the dishes were delicious, and the bill came to an unbelievable Rs 1320 - for four adults and one child! Excellent value for money. Plus, surprisingly efficient, friendly staff. Thoroughly commercial restaurants can take a lesson or two...

The approach to the restaurant is from the right side of the reception. The Assam House was very neat, clean and the interiors were done splendidly. We had reached quite early so the main Assamese food kitchen had not started yet. So we ordered the food items available in morning breakfast.

The environment and ambience was very nice. The restaurant was also very clean and tidy. The seating area as you can see in the pictures can be called nice and cozy. The boy who was taking care of the orders seemed nice and soft spoken. Even the kitchen staff I met later on, was cordial.
