Gola Sizzlers,Vasant Kunj — Restaurant in New Delhi

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our order included pizza, Navratra Thali, Malai Kofta with butter naan (ordered later), and two mocktails. While the pizza was decent, the thali was subpar, missing the paneer item, and took ages to arrive.

We waited an additional 35-40 minutes for our last order but ended up asking them to pack it since my husband had lost his appetite. The billing issue added to our frustration - we were charged ₹549 for the Navratra Thali, despite the promotional price being ₹449, which was also listed on Swiggy. The waiter claimed they had informed us about the price discrepancy earlier. At that time itself I asked him to explain the difference in price, but perhaps he didn't understand me and went ahead with the order.

Overall, our experience was marred by slow service and billing issues. However, the staff was courteous the entire time. They didn't misbehave with us at all and offered to refund the 100 rupees after we raised the issues thrice. By then we had already paid so...

For the food it's fabulous but for the service and ambience, there is a scope for improvement for sure. Let's start the review.

Service: We got dahi kebab within 10 minutes and sizzler after 30 mins of finishing dahi kabab. I mean seriously? Despite several reminders, we had to still wait. 30mins after finishing your starter is too much. We were hardly interested in it.

Ambience: ambience is good but the heat from the sizzlers makes the place a bit suffocated and hot inside. Totally bearable but it's something to be mentioned. Ac cooling should be improved during peak hours and peak summers.

Food: no complaints. It's perfect. Both the dahi kebabs and sizzler were delicious. 100% worth trying for foodies.

Price: it's at par with other restaurants in the mall. Nothing to complain. 2000/- for 2 for dahi kebabs and 1 sizzler.

I still suggest this place to try the food but don't expect the best service during weekend...

I recently visited Gola Sizzlers in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, and had a delightful experience. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for a relaxed meal. We ordered the Chicken Shashlik Sizzler, Manchurian Sizzler, and Paneer Sizzler.

The Chicken Shashlik Sizzler was a highlight with its flavorful and well-cooked chicken, complemented by a variety of vegetables. The presentation was impressive, and the sizzling effect added to the overall experience.

The Manchurian Sizzler was a treat for Indo-Chinese cuisine lovers. The Manchurian balls were tasty and had a good texture.

The Paneer Sizzler had mixed reviews at our table. While the paneer was soft and well-marinated.

Overall, Gola Sizzlers offers a decent dining experience with a variety of sizzlers that cater to different tastes. The service was prompt.
