⭐☆☆☆☆ (If I could give zero stars, I would)
Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. We ordered 2 Original Hot Chocolate Fudges, and the billing person pushed us into having them with brownies. Fine, we said yes. But when the bill came, I noticed they had charged us for 2 full brownies at ₹95 each, while the fudge came with only half a brownie. That’s nothing short of daylight robbery.
When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake gracefully, the staff behaved as if they were doing me a favor. They made faces, acted annoyed, and very reluctantly handed over just one extra brownie. The arrogance was unbelievable.
And it didn’t stop there. When I asked them to add a little chocolate syrup on top, the response was a blunt and rude “No — that’ll cost extra.” No courtesy, no basic manners, no sense of customer service. Just attitude and greed.
This place clearly believes in overcharging, under-delivering, and then being rude when caught. It’s shameful how such outlets treat customers — you’re made to feel like a burden rather than a guest.
Bad food ethics, dishonest billing, pathetic service, and rude staff. If this is their idea of hospitality, they should be ashamed. Trust me — spend your money somewhere else where customers are actually respected.

Read moreWhat destroyed Nirula’s? I believe it was Nirula’s who introduced Delhi to pizzas in the 80’s. Not to forget their famous big boy burger and mutton chop and hot chocolate fudge and was a top place to eat. Went to Nirula’s C.P. after several years to catch up but a lot has changed including the menu. Not sure if it’s still the same owner. No washroom for customers. Unpainted plywood covering. Weird sketches drawn on the wall. No cutlery was provided along with the pizza I had ordered. When I requested for fork/knife they gave me thin wooden fork which broke on first impact so I had to eat with hand. They forgot to bring one item and I had to call out on seeing a server in the upper area. Overall I got a feel of eating in a run down food joint in some class C city. Staff was friendly but you could tell they are all hired in the lowest salary bracket. They were chitchatting with each other and on their smartphones. Probably they don’t even know what Nirula’s was in earlier time nor do the...
