Read moreThe overall experience was really horrible. The crammed space and queue had no management. People were just cutting in line and going in. And after standing in line for 40 mins, we ordered their real fruit ice creams which were a total waste of money. So I got mixed berries and my friend got a customised combo, he said to add mango+pineapple+custard apple. But the worker said, you don't need to add custard apple as all these fruits are frozen so they've lost the flavour anyways!!! Can you imagine, their own staff is telling you the flavour is not there, and boy was he right. All I could taste in my ice cream was a hint of berries with a lot of shitty Vanilla ice cream. I mean it tasted like any basic ass blueberry yogurt. And after all this I asked the staff what vanilla ice-cream they use as the base and he said he can't say. I felt like it was not even an ice-cream, more like those cheap frozen dessert things you get which is like 50% palm-oil. And then we took our sad ice cream cups and stood across one of the best fruit ice cream (naturals) shops right opposite to us. This place is a complete waste of money and an extremely over-hyped social media gimmick place. People only take pictures of their desserts and then taste it and feel like they've been robbed of a good dessert experience after waiting 40 mins in line. I mean the worst thing is that social media has influenced people to such a level that you are standing in line for hours just to get a photo of a dessert you don't even like the taste of. Bad experience. Not recommended at all. Gimmicky and...

I've been eyeing Snowberry for what feels like an eternity, drawn in by the tantalizing tales of their mixed berry ice cream and Kunafa Binzu. But, let's be real, the crowds were intimidating. I'd visit, see the long queues, and think, "Maybe next time." I even ventured to the Gurgaon branch, hoping to dodge the chaos, but 45 minutes seemed like an eternity. Today, I finally scored a spot and ordered the infamous mixed berry and kunafa. And, oh, was it worth the hype!
The flavors danced on my taste buds, and the textures played a delightful game of hide-and-seek. I was skeptical about the price, expecting it to be sky-high due to its viral status. But, surprise! The bill was a reasonable âš400. Kudos to the co-founders for delivering quality without breaking the bank.
Now, I'm not gonna lie, the waiting game is real. Snowberry needs a mega store that can accommodate the enthusiastic crowd (yes, I'm part of that crowd!). Until then, I'll keep checking in, hoping to avoid the queues.
In conclusion, Snowberry, you've won me over. The mixed berry and kunafa are a match made in heaven, and I'll be back for more. Just, please, build a bigger store!
