I could give zero to this place. One of the worst cafe's I've ever visited. We visited this café back in 2022 and absolutely loved it – the pizza, lasagna, and watermelon mojito were unforgettable. After almost three years, we were excited to return, this time with our 9-month-old baby. Sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The menu has changed completely – no lasagna anymore, just some pizzas, pastas, starters, fries, desserts, and shakes. Still, we ordered pizza. Since our baby has started solids, we politely asked if they could provide something very simple like a boiled potato or boiled capsicum – basic ingredients they already use in their pizzas and dishes. Even big restaurants have never refused such a small request for a baby. But here, the staff flatly declined, without even a “sorry,” and with zero empathy.

Their excuse was shocking: “What if something happens to the baby? We don’t give such things because a complaint came earlier.” Firstly, we didn’t ask for a “dish,” just a plain boiled potato or capsicum. To make to even simple, they could just bake potatoes or capsicum like how they bake pizza. It's not such a big deal. Secondly, if they claim giving such a simple food could “spoil a baby’s health,” does that mean the potatoes and capsicums they use for their pizzas are spoiled, rancid, or unsafe? This response was both illogical and offensive.

On top of that, the waiter had no basic customer etiquette or business manners. A simple request was rudely declined, the order process was careless, and there was no courtesy shown at any point. When we said we didn’t want to continue the order after such treatment, they told us the pizza was already started to prepare — without informing us how long it would take or checking if we were okay to proceed. That left us feeling trapped and frustrated.

To make matters worse, the staff even told us: “If you want baby food, you can go to Anandabhavan nearby.” She didn't even feel sorry or no empathy at all. That was not just unhelpful, but extremely rude and dismissive. If that’s the case, then why should customers even come to this café at all?

This café that once gave us such fond memories has now lost its charm due to poor hospitality, lack of empathy, untrained staff, and unprofessional behavior. Very disappointing to see such a decline. Definitely not the same place we once loved. Will not go hereafter and also I will update my friends not to go...
