In terms of cuisine, this restaurant offers vegetarian items. Their cuisine is good. They should keep the available items as large as they specify on their menu. Too much items are missing and therefore unavailable while taking orders. In term of reception in entrance, the waiters do their best but there are too much people waiting. I think their business is going well, they should add some tables and toilets should only be visible with a panel. While eating on tables near the toilets we can see through and it is very uncomfortable. In term of hygiene, very important, very sorry to say that the hygiene is doubtful for this class of restaurant where business is going well and where they have clearly means for doing repair work on the A/C system. The A/C systems have refrigerating tubes above our heads and the differences of temperature makes water condensation on those tubes(see photo below). The consequence is: the table just below receives on their food the condensed water (mixed of course with dust/dirt on the tube). The other consequence is while waiters bring food they walk below the tubes and same water condensation falls on the foods without probably the waiter's knowledge. So this is unacceptable for a restaurant where people pay quite costly food and where business is doing well since there is so much rush. So the owners of this restaurant should proceed with urgent reparation then long term reparation works in order not to loose their clients. In term of price, everyone can not afford eating in this place. Therefore in my opinion, the ratio quality/price is medium. Conclusion: Good restaurant which must progress largely in terms of hygiene and reception and available tables.
