Hotel Anand Bhavan — Restaurant in Puducherry

One of the worst and scariest experience. Their customer service is pathetic, specially in AC dining area. Food suppliers doesn't listen to our order they are always in rush, when we inform that the order is wrong table, they shout and have started using abusive words. Thinking us frm other state, whereas I belong to same TN. I understood the word they used about us to each other...supplier even started abusing in local language, when complained to manager, he mentioned due to workload they are hot headed, and asked us to ignore. This incident happened on 14th May 2023, around 830 pm., even other customers had pitched in to help imus and stopped this rude suppliers ..there are better hotels around for food, pls ignore...

We chose Anand Bhavan for breakfast on our last day in Pondicherry and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and filling. All the chutneys and sambhar served were yummy. However what stood out was the service, it was exceptional. The gentleman serving us was the kindest most caring person we met in Pondi. He refilled our chutneys or sambar when we ran out of it on our plates even without being asked and served us with the kindest smile. We luckily found parking opposite the restaurant for our two wheeler but otherwise parking space for two wheelers also seems...

Hi I don't know how food u food is but I have over come the problem with your auto driver who is unfit to drive the auto..hé just drive blindly and damaged my new bike ..lucky I was with 2 year old son he is safe..if something I would pull you in court..The Auto number is Py-01 AC2019 I have the photo of the person and auto too..here I can judge that u have the worst driver and who doest have driving licence.. inspite how you running a hotel business I don't know ..better to have check on this if this continues I will be reporting to relavent department..please take...
