I would first of all like to congratulate them(Rhea& Ayush) for their new business that has been winning everyone’s hearts lately, when it comes to the taste, hygiene and quality of the food definitely it’s a 100%. The hygiene and safety measures when it comes to delivering the food it’s a 100%. Thank you so much for filling our heart and tummy with such amazing yummy home made food, you can definitely taste each flavour as you take every bite of mouthwatering pizza or dig in to an amazing jar dessert or a slice of delicious cake I can just keep going on and when it comes to the hospitality it has always been a 100% they are very kind and are always open to suggestions and making everything perfect just for us and even at the most busiest hours they always give their 100% and are very genuine ..... (In the hospitality industry there is a saying - “they say the word NO never exist in hospitality “)...... so when it comes to MEL WHISKS it’s a 100% true as there is never a NO since everything is done from the heart and It has always been a YES with a big smile everything is definitely hand made with love. Mel Whisks - Gastro Bar - An unmatched ambience & experience!

It is definitely my happy place in Puducherry. From the funniest trivia nights, engaging karaoke nights, live music nights, game nights, what does this place not have.

The power pact sibling duo, Rhea & Ayush make sure you have the best time when they house you at their gastro bar along with their fun staff, who make it a point to give you that individual attention as a customer.

The offers on drinks is commendable. You would definitely want to stay till the end of the night to try out some amazing shots once the bar just has the last few tables occupied for the night.

Personally I loved the Pizza's and Butter Garlic Prawns the most out of all the amazing other options to choose from in the food menu.

You would never want to miss a chance in being a part of any Mel Whisk evening. Its rare that a gastro bar can get you attached to it, but for me I've started to miss my time there and want to get back to Mel Whisks as soon as I can.

You also end up meeting some amazing people with their different stories who also come there to enjoy their evening at Mel Whisks.

On our recent trip to Pondicherry we stayed at Mel Ville and relished the food Mel Whisks made for us. We were very particular We needed a safe place to stay during this pandemic and yet have a Relaxed family trip. We had no plans of ordering food from anywhere and Mel whisks was the best thing that happened to us. A fairly new start up by two young siblings who have a passion for food and are from the hotel management background. You can clearly see their passion for getting things done to perfection. From lasagne to pizza to the Idiyappam and stew they have mastered it all. Our fav was the Khow suey (Burmese noodles) and the bacon pasta. For the sweet craving they have some amazing Jar desserts and our fav was the nutty Choco mocha. The Sindhi meal made us feel at home and the seer fish curry is worth the mention . Overall we highly recommend this place for someone who enjoys good and hygienic food either if you are visiting Pondicherry or residing there. It’s truely from the heart and like the quote goes “God made the food and the devil made the cooks” - Mel Whisks you have found your way to our heart through the stomach. Good Luck with...
