Sri Kamadhenu Tea Stall & Hotel — Restaurant in Puducherry

Great value local food. X4 piece idli plate is 30 rupees. I was let down having eaten here for three consecutive mornings I was not served coconut chutney once with my idli. all locals were served it.

Also I wasn’t served Raita with my Tomato rice which was disappointing, despite asking a number of times & noticing locals were all served raita with their rice places...

Menus are simple and good for a street food shop. Rate is affordable. That is the reason it has a huge customer base. RO water not available, normal potable water provided, which is the main drawback. Nowadays in very small tea shop too purified water available. This shop can look into this water issue....

All types of tea, coffee & milk available here. And variety of snacks also available. During evening time vadai with sambar available. Other than this tiffin & meals also available. But there is no seating arrangements. We have to just stand & eat. But good....
