I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service, food quality, and billing system I encountered during my recent visit to your establishment. The entire experience was marred by numerous issues, and I feel compelled to share my feedback:

The service was nothing short of a disaster. The staff members were rude, unresponsive, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority.

The food served was far from satisfactory. Most of the dishes were either undercooked, overcooked, or lacking in taste. It was evident that quality control was severely lacking in the kitchen.

The billing process was a nightmare. There was no specific counter for payments, resulting in a chaotic situation where customers were left waiting in long queues. The lack of organization in this aspect was highly frustrating.

Shockingly, during the payment process, one of my friends' phone screen was accidentally broken. The staff's negligence in handling the phone while collecting coupon photos led to this unfortunate incident. This demonstrates a lack of care and responsibility on the part of the staff.

The hygiene standards were subpar. The tables were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. This disregard for hygiene is unacceptable, especially during these times of heightened awareness regarding health and safety.

The ambiance was unpleasant and noisy. The excessive noise levels made it challenging to have a decent conversation and enjoy the dining experience. The lack of a peaceful environment further detracted from our overall satisfaction.

The prices charged for the food and services were exorbitant considering the poor quality and the numerous issues encountered. It felt like a complete rip-off, and we did not feel that we received any value for the amount we paid.

The staff appeared untrained and ill-informed about the menu. Their lack of knowledge and inability to address basic queries about the dishes reflected poorly on the establishment.

Despite bringing all these concerns to the attention of the staff and management, there was no genuine effort made to resolve the issues or provide any form of compensation for the damaged phone. This lack of accountability is deeply disappointing.

Based on this experience, I am compelled to say that I will not be visiting Barbeque Nation Kalyani Nagar again. The overall lack of service, poor food quality, unorganized billing process, damaged property, and unresponsive management have left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction.

I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to rectify the various issues plaguing your establishment. Customers deserve a much better experience than what Barbeque Nation Kalyani Nagar...

Barbeque Nation is a culinary haven for barbecue enthusiasts and food lovers alike. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that left me with a satisfied palate and a smile on my face.

The moment I stepped inside, the lively and vibrant atmosphere instantly caught my attention. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming ambiance, with cheerful staff members ready to assist and guide us throughout our dining experience.

The seating arrangement was comfortable, providing ample space for both intimate conversations and larger group gatherings.

What sets Barbeque Nation apart is its unique concept of live grilling on the table.

Each table was equipped with a small grill, allowing guests to grill their own selection of meats, vegetables, and seafood.

The attentive staff was always on hand to assist and ensure that the grilling process went smoothly.

It was an interactive and engaging experience that added an element of fun and excitement to the meal.

The spread of starters and appetizers was impressive. From succulent kebabs to flavorful tikkas, the options seemed endless.

The Chicken Malai Tikka and Fish Amritsari were standouts, perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection.

Moving on to the main course, the buffet offered a wide range of dishes to suit every palate. The selection included both Indian and international cuisines, with a variety of curries, biryanis, and accompaniments.

The live kulfi counter was a highlight, allowing guests to indulge in freshly prepared kulfis with an array of toppings. The Gajar Halwa and Gulab Jamun were a perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note.

The service at Barbeque Nation was attentive and friendly. The staff was quick to refill the grill, replenish dishes on the buffet, and cater to any special requests.

The only reason I'm not giving a full five-star rating is that the restaurant can get quite crowded during peak hours, which can lead to longer waiting times and a slightly noisy environment.

Feedback on Poor Experience at Barbeque Nation – Kalyani Nagar (24th August 2025)

Dear Barbeque Nation Team,

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my visit to your Kalyani Nagar outlet on Sunday, 24th August 2025.

From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely inefficient. Despite understanding that it was a busy Sunday evening, I had to request basic items like sauces and spoons multiple times — at least 4–5 times — before they were finally brought to the table. It took nearly 20–25 minutes for the server to acknowledge and fulfill these simple requests.

I also approached the bartender to inquire about any ongoing offers. Initially, he informed me of a 1+1 offer on beers, but later changed his statement, saying the offer was applicable only to a specific beer. He then directed me to the manager, who unfortunately did not respond or acknowledge my query.

To add to the frustration, I requested a finger bowl from the manager, which was never provided.

The most disappointing part of the evening was the confusion around the discount offer. I had called the restaurant before arriving, and the lady on the phone mentioned a coupon code for a discount, which she promised to share via WhatsApp. However, she did not explain the process clearly. At the time of billing, I was asked how I would like to pay, and I opted for card payment. The bill came to around ₹2500. When I asked about the discount, the manager said I should have mentioned it earlier and claimed he couldn’t do anything at that point. Eventually, he refunded ₹400, but by then, the damage was done — the entire experience had already ruined our evening.

I have been a loyal customer of Barbeque Nation, especially the Kalyani Nagar outlet, which used to be one of my favorites. I’ve hosted multiple office parties there in the past, and I fondly remember the excellent service under the management of Rajiv. Sadly, the quality of food, service, and overall customer experience has drastically declined.
