Mankar Dosa — Restaurant in Pune

One of the worst experiences I have ever had, I tried to pay bill of Rs. 380 via UPI and accidentally got my Gpay stuck but it showed debit message from my account, I asked them to check on their side whether they received or not, to which they insisted me to pay again using my friends UPI account and promised to payback in cash later in case it comes out debited twice.. Just a couple of days later, when I checked back, the staff confronted with rude behaviour and didn't take the cognizance of the UPI receipts presented to them.. Well it's not about the money for me, the compromised ethics and brutal dishonesty made me feel cheated.. I hope someday this review would help someone! Avoid Mankar...

Random Saturday evening I had cravings of Dosa so I visited this place. Firstly i wanted to order noodles dosa but they said it isn't available but they could have made an effort to provide it to their customers. Leaving that we order schezwan dosa and sponge dosa. Schezwan dosa was yummy stuffed with onions. It should have been a bit spicy. Sponge dosa was average. The potato sabji served along with sponge dosa tasted sweet and the chutney as well was sweet to taste. Both could have been better. As compared to taste the dosa's here are a bit overrated. Totally worst customer service. We regularly come or order online from here. Yesterday I orderd cut dosa and by mistakely paid 40 rs online extra they said to me that come next time and we will refund you I came today for lunch and ordered cheese dosa they are asking me to pay cash for cheese items I asked to give back my refund says that you have to order we will not give you refund And saying that for cheese items you have to pay cash only What is the point of being daily customer when they are not even...
