I regret saying the service at Bhuvan Pure Veg Kitchen was consistently unprofessional. The staff were persistently unresponsive, taking far too long to serve each dish even after repeated reminders. To make matters worse, the final bill included an extra water bottle and pav bhaji that we never ordered or received. Despite paying the bill and repeatedly asking for corrections (sauf/refund), both staff and management remained dismissive and unhelpful.

Ruined Birthday Celebration – Extremely Disappointing Service & Billing

We visited Bhuvan Pure Veg Kitchen to celebrate a friend’s birthday, expecting a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely disappointing. The staff were completely unresponsive and it took an unnecessarily long time to serve every dish we ordered, despite repeated reminders.

To make matters worse, the final bill included items we never ordered specifically 1 water bottle and 1 pav bhaji. Although staff later accepted the mistake they made but it added the negative impact in overall experience.

This incident not only reflects poor service but also lack of basic accountability and honesty. It completely ruined our friend’s birthday celebration and left us feeling frustrated and disrespected.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves attention. I visited this place hoping for a good plate of misal pav, but what I got was a complete disaster on a plate.

The misal was bland, watery, and lacked any real flavor. It tasted like someone just threw random ingredients together without any idea of what misal is supposed to be. The usal was undercooked, the tarri (spicy gravy) had no spice, and the farsan on top was soggy and stale. As for the pav – dry, cold, and clearly not fresh. Honestly, I’ve had better pav from roadside stalls.

To make matters worse, the presentation was messy, and the portion size didn’t justify the price at all. When I tried to give polite feedback, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in improving.
