Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Pune

Review update 2nd April 2024.. The service is gone down, they are totally not interested in selling you anything. The lowest priced momos are always not available. The lady at the counter is rude. They don't even entertain other customers and are busy chatting inside. I ordered the new Himalayan Momos as others are discontinued but still showed in their online menu on Zomato. The Momos were below average. The gravy served with Momo Sizzler was stale and had distinctive taste of being throw away worthy. The Moburg bun was stale as well and crumbling away to glory. Sad situation... Will skip next time!

Located inside Food Court of Aeromall Pune... Wow Momo shares space with Wow China. The Vegetarian Momos are tasty and I prefer Pan Fried to Steamed Momos. Go for the combo as you get the MoBurg (Momo Burger) which is a welcome fusion to the classic momos.

Service is fast, pricing is fair and plenty of space to sit and chill...

First of all the staff is pretty much uneducated and does not know the simple fact that aeromall is situated at vimannagar, we paid via zomato and selected the correct outlet, but the guy wasn't ready to accept that the payment is done on aeromall outlet and kept on blabbering that we had made the payment for the Phoenix outlet. Hence we had to pay twice and it turned out that we actually had paid to aeromall outlet when we reached out to zomato. When we asked for the refund after it was cleared that payment was made to correct outlet, the manager said that if we had made the payment via cash rather than upi, he could have helped us. Furthermore the quality of food was pathetic the stupid guy gave us tomato sauce toppings when we explicitly asked for Schezwan sauce. VERY POOR...

The review written here is copied from a previous review by some other person because I had the exact same experience. "The chicken itself was dry and seemed overcooked, making the overall texture unpleasant. Additionally, the outer dough was thick and doughy, rather than light and delicate. The service was also lackluster, with staff appearing disinterested and inattentive."

Additional points from me, they charged 210 rupees for just 5 momos delivered after 40 minutes.

I get superb 8 momos at a nearby shop for 80 only.

Definitely not worth it. Horrible service. Horrible momos....
