We were searching for random places around senapati Bapat road area and came across this. All the pics and menu that we saw online attracted us here and we finalised Butter brews for our dinner today. When we reached here the place wasn’t crowds at all which was good for a change. The place was nicely done with good space between tables and the lights were also very soothing. We chose to sit in the outside section. The food we ordered was delicious and right amount of quantity. 1. Cream of broccoli soup - texture was good, taste was also nice except for that it was a little salty maybe because of extra butter. 2. Minestrone soup - loved it with the extra chunks of zucchini in it 😍 3. Butter garlic prawns - since the name butter brews so thought why not try their butter garlic prawns and it was not that great. Little spicy because of extra chilli powder put in it. And the taste of butter was very less. 4. Paneer Harissa - this was actually very good and was suggested by the waiter to try. The paneer was soft and medium spicy. 5. Stuffed grilled chicken in mushroom harissa sauce - turned out to be very good. The texture of the sauce was good, the chicken was grilled perfectly, the herb rice provided with it was good too. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and were glad we could choose this place and will definitely come back to try out some more dishes. The only thing about service which I didn’t like was the waiters were reluctant to serve water on table unless told by you and they were not picking up the finished dishes aswell.

Absolutely loved the place and the calmness it offers. Maybe because I visited on a Saturday afternoon when no other table was occupied. It added to the great experience. The concept of all day breakfasts is really good. You can have a nice brunch or just desserts and beverages depending on how hungry you are. So basically 'anytime hang out' place. Loved the way they present the dishes, the courteous staff who explained various dishes upon request and offered suggestions. Coming to Food : 1. TOMATO, BASIL AND CHEESE Bagel Sandwich (Veg) : This is a classic Bagel sandwich topped with lettuce, tomatoes, basil pesto and bocconcini cheese (which is the cheese made from buffallo milk). Served with a lot of Mayonese sauce dip and salad. Very tasty ! 2. PANEER MEDITERREAN SAUCE (Veg) : This is one of the dishes from Main course section where a slab of grilled paneer is placed on mashed potatoes topped with a yellow mediterranean sauce and served with some vegetable pieces. This looks very less but turns out to be too heavy. There's an option to choose herbal rice instead of potatoes. SUGGESTION HERE : Please try to serve potatoes separate so that its taste doesnt get mixed with the paneer. 3. CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT pastry (Eggless) : What better way to end a delicious meal ! The pastry is huge and very fulfilling in terms of quantity, richness and texture. It has a strong delicious coffee flavour. 4. ICED AMERICANO : Classic iced coffee to accompany your meal. Quantity is good.

A nice, quiet and hangout worthy cafe near SB road, with good food. This was our second visit to the cafe. There is inside and outside seating. We sat inside for the first time, but the lack of AC made it unpleasant since it is quite hot during the summer season. This time we sat outside. It was comparatively brtter with the fans and water mist arrangement. The place has a good ambience overall. The tables are ideally suited for two people; four makes it a stretch. Food quality and taste is the saviour of this cafe. We started with fries and a mayo dip. Fries were crispy and salty, with the creamy mayo complimenting it well and boosted our appetite for the further meal. Next came falafel with pepper sauce and hummus - falafels could have been lighter, but the taste was good. Khau suey bowl was one of the highlights - noodles topped with creamy coconut based yellow gravy, and more toppings on the side. Highly recommended! I would have liked the gravy to be more punchy, but can't complain about the overall dish. Pasta arrabiata with penne and chicken cafreal with herbed rice and sauteed veggies made our meal complete. We finished with a blueberry cheesecake which was good, but not great. Desserts don't seem like a very strong point for this cafe. The overall service, good food and decent ambience make it worth a visit. Definitely plan on exploring more options in their menu soon! Happy Eating! :)

SUPER IMPRESSIVE!! The café impressed me in terms of taste, quality of ingredients and the variety in the menu. My all-time go to café has been Café Peterdonuts, but if I happen to be in the vicinity of this café, I’m pretty sure I’ll choose this over my favorite just to explore the items I missed during the tasting.

The cafĂŠ has the ideal ambience. AC room and outside sitting. I could spot people smoking outside, so if you are only for food here, would recommend the indoor AC space for the best experience. If you are here to chill, the outside sitting area does have fan to keep you cool, however it does not help much and eventually you might feel uneasy due to the heat. (Note: this experience was written during summer of 2019)

Sadly, my visit was planned for lunchtime. Why do I prefer lunchtime? For natural lights.

I could spot the outdoor decorated with the small LED lights; I am guessing it will look pretty nice and cozy in the evenings.

Coming to main point for which I visited this café – FOOD!! The place did manage to impress me. Every item I had, was made from scratch. They make their own bread, the dessert item.. everything. No outsourcing, even the sauces were made by them. I really appreciate the places who take that extra mile when it comes their menu. Feels like they have worked hard and have invested a lot time and their heart into it.

• Cream Cheese Bagel with Sundried Tomato & Olive (210) – Totally justifies the name, strong on the sundried tomato but the cream cheese just manages it from overpowering. Tangy, but enjoyable. If you love sundried tomato, you will love this item without a doubt.

• Tomato Basil & Cheese (210) - Hey! The first word, which popped out of my mind, was “FRESH”. The flavors were so vibrant, refreshing. The basil was pretty strong and evident but clubbed with the tomato it did wonders for me.

• Chicken Gurkha (230) – I had announced on my insta and fb that I was going to visit this place, hence had received a lot of strong recommendation to try this particular item. However, I found out to be just okay and decent. The flavors are mild, and the inclusion of potato was a bit of a mood off for me. Would not recommend.

• Fried Garlic and Rosemary Grilled Chicken Balsamic (290): Ideal and lovely. Nicely cooked Chicken sitting on a bed on smashed (tasty) potato can be the ideal one to order for your main course with the addition of three carrots, which were completely unappetizing for me. I did manage to stick to my chicken and potato smash!

• Broodles (230) – Fresh noodles tossed with Asian Spices and Veggies, Served with Broth. AMAZING. Brilliant flavors, a dish which can be undoubtedly tagged as the must have at this place. If you come empty stomach you might finish this within a couple of minutes! Would simply describe this as noodles in aromatic flavorful broth with veggies. Khow suey ka dur ka rishtedaar? Not really.

• New York Cheese Cake (200) – Their version of the classic baked New-York Cheese Cake, with an Oreo on its base. This was very similar to the first cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life, and it was from Tertulia. It was filled with nostalgia and I completely loved it. Go for it!

• Choco hazelnut (190) - The heavenly combination of chocolate, coffee and hazelnut. Eggless. Ideal for chocolate lovers.

Overall, a lavish café experience in terms of taste and flavors. Go once, I’m confident you will be impressed too!! I did not mention about bagel and the bread because it didn't really make much of a difference tbqh. Atleast for me! It felt like regular stuff with a different shape, that's all.

Butter Brews Bistro

A small and cozy cafe located in Model Colony serves some unique and different cuisines. This is the best place to have some quick bite or to have some refreshing mocktails or shakes. They have all day breakfast menu which has various combos. We tried various drinks and food items and everything was so so good.

We had the following drinks and food: •Drinks:

  1. Oreo Cookie: A shake made with Oreo cookies
  2. Basil Slush: Very refreshing and different kind of drink it was.
  3. Masala Kaala Khatta: Best to have in summer and everyone's favourite.
  4. Melon Basil Slush: It was refreshing too but it was not good for my taste.

•Food:

  1. Stuffed Omelette (Mushroom and Cheese): A fluffy omelette stuffed with masala mushrooms and cheese and served with slices of Bagel and salad. This is the perfect combo for full breakfast.
  2. Creamy Cheesy Bagel Sandwich: This is the classic bagel sandwich made using cream cheese and topped with sun-dried tomatoes and black olives. Combination of Sun-dried tomatoes and olives gives the unbeatable taste.
  3. Egg and Cheese Shakshuka: A classic preparation onion, tomato,, and greens using Indian masala and topped with a a sunny side up.
  4. Broodles: It's again a classic dish from BB. Noodles are prepared with exotic veggies like papers, mushrooms,, etc and served with broth and topped with burnt garlic and onion. This is great for those who don't like to have typical Chinese noodles.

They make their own bread. And they are not claiming that they are providing authentic Bagels but they have made it to homemade American bagels, little hard outside and soft and chewy from inside.

•Dessert:

  1. New York Cheesecake: This is the classic cheesecake preparation in BB style and the base made up of Oreo cookies. The Cake or creamier as compared to other cheesecakes I have tried.
  2. Chocolate Hazelnut: This is heaven for all the dark chocolate lovers. Hazelnut, dark chocolate and coffee.

I have been here 3-4 times and every time I had a great experience in terms of food and beverage but sometimes service may cause a a delay.

Overall this is aa nice place to chill which is located in the city area and offers good food and beverages. It has indoor as well as outdoor seating. It's popular among the college--going youngsters and it's gets lit in the evening as they have put warm lighting and it feels...

Intermittent fasting people beware - by the time your second dish arrives, the meal window is sure to have elapsed by then. Frugal people rejoice - for here, you can have 2 meals in a single seating. Saying "their service is slow" is a gross understatement. We waited 80 minutes for a salad to arrive, (in the meantime they confirmed a few times that we had indeed ordered it) so when it did appear on our table, (after complaining at the counter) I was so hungry that I devoured it in literally 4 odd minutes. And we had to order an additional dish (a sandwich) to fill the space that was created while waiting. It took another 40 minutes to arrive, (twice as fast, yay!!) after reminding at the intervals they'd assured us it'd take. Busy people can celebrate, because my phone and my wireless earphones were both charged to 100% in the duration of this excessively and ridiculously lengthy meal. In fact I wish I had more devices to charge. Had I known it'd take so long, I'd have brought knitting supplies, and after learning how to knit, finish a sweater or two for the winter. We drained the whole bottle of water, man! Having said that, the baked chicken salad and mushroom veggie sandwich were delicious, even when the potion size was a tiny bit small. So was the stuffed grilled chicken, although it was (re?)heated in microwave. We come here for the tasty food and cosy atmosphere, but they badly need a serious staff/system analysis and reform. I now regret (needlessly) for waiting to see what the portion size of the 1st dish was like before placing an order for additional food. Dunno if we'll ever visit again. At the very least in...
