Domino's Pizza | Munjeri, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

Actual rating 3.5⭐ (as I can give only integer numbered stars).The place is small in size. I've almost everytime ordered from this place instead of going there. Sometimes they put less Chicken or Paneer pieces, maybe that's a human Error. I've observed this thrice. Twice in Pepper Barbecue and Onion, once in paneer Makhani and in Indi Tandoori Paneer Pizza. In other veggie pizza's I couldn't tell if toppings were less. They need to put sufficient toppings. I've ordered from here about 7-8 times at least. Pizza never felt stale, though sometimes the toppings were soggy maybe they were a little stale. They don't give enough seasonings, they give extra when you ask them. But even then sometimes they don't give it. But if you order and the bill is Big then they generously give seasonings. And as always they don't give any damn Ketchup.

My all time favourite and my recommendations are : Pepper Barbecue and Onion in Non Veg category and Indi Tandoori Paneer or a little cheaper option is English Cheddar and Veggies in Veg category. I've never tried the pizzas of 399/-(Everyday Value Offer price) that's why I can't say anything about those. We recently ordered a Large Paneer Fiesta Pizza and Chicken Wings from the Domino’s outlet on Pune-Satara Road, and the experience was extremely disappointing. • The pizza was completely bland, lacking any flavor, and the vegetables tasted stale—definitely not fresh. • The chicken wings were undercooked, making them unsafe to eat and ruining the meal. • When we raised our concerns, the staff member named Pooja, who took our order, was rude and unhelpful, stating bluntly that “nothing could be done.” • We asked to speak with the manager, but no one came forward or even attempted to resolve the issue.

For a reputed chain like Domino’s, this level of poor food quality and unacceptable customer service is shocking. We hope the management looks into this seriously and takes steps to improve both kitchen hygiene and...

Staff management seems messed. Observed issues with 2 customers. I ordered pizza as a take away, but no response even after 10 mins. Awaited for more 10 mins. Exactly after 28 mins, I asked for my order. They found no order number was given for preparation. I asked for cancellations but not done, by the time they handed me tasteless half garlic bread (no taste as expected from Domino's compared with other competitor). Later, they prepared pizza and handed over to me within 10 mins. Finally, I got it after 40 mins, above all, less qualitative Pizza, felt as if prepared in hurry). Taste of Pizza not upto expectation as earlier tasted in other Domino's branches. Felt bad experience with this branch. I should have given zero (0) rating for such and also...
