KFC — Restaurant in Pune

PLEASE READ Never do they deliver on time. Everytime the order arrives 1.5 to 2 hours. Ordering from this store for lunch ends up doing evening snacks. If you want to have lunch, I request you to order it in the morning. Once or twice delay is okay, but now this is happening everytime. First they say it will be delivered in 45 mins, then they will send an sms saying it will take time. After an hour they will say we have this this this problem and so it will take 15 more mins. Then they say the food is out and take another half hr. They say our delivery guy is very busy and he has to deliver many more orders. I mean seriously? My home is 2 km away and they want half hour to deliver even after 1.5 hrs already late. You have my email and number, I want the managers and higher authorities to check at my order evidences. And if it still says delivered on time, I advise you to have a very close monitoring at this branch, customers, operations, functionalities and orders. I think somethings is very wrong here. I ended up being hungry cz I made the biggest of trusting KFC...

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I ordered from KFC through Zomato, and it was a complete disaster. The food arrived cold and smelled as if double fried in old oil – clearly not freshly prepared. Within a few hours of eating, I started experiencing severe stomach pain, vomiting, and signs of food poisoning. I had to visit a doctor and take medication just to recover.

No cleaning staff available at all!! The ace looked like a dump! It had no central glamour like before! People were disgusted at the view! If the cleaning staff wasn't available at least the staff at the counter could've picked up the trays than to leaving them lying around making upcoming visitor feel disgusted looking at it! No one took responsibility and I am really very disappointed with central and kfc! Wish I could give less than one after what I saw there today!! It was nothing but a push away dine in area!
