A Nightmarish Experience at Mauryaa Multi Cuisine Restaurant And Bar!

My recent visit to Mauryaa Multi Cuisine Restaurant And Bar was an absolute disaster, and I have no choice but to share the horrific ordeal I and my family endured. It was my birthday, and what was supposed to be a joyful celebration turned into a nightmare, all thanks to Pravin Kolte, who claimed to be the manager and owner of this establishment.

Our evening began with us placing an order for our meal, and that's when the trouble began. The restaurant inexplicably decided to present us with the bill before our food had even arrived. I attempted to pay with my credit card, but due to a technical glitch in their machine, the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried to make a UPI payment, but encountered yet another technical problem, rendering me unable to complete the transaction.

Enter Pravin Kolte, the so-called manager and owner, who approached our table with an air of hostility. His demeanor was far from normal, and his irritation at the payment issues was palpable. Initially, I tried to explain the situation and suggested I could go find an ATM to withdraw cash, but he responded with utter disrespect and began shouting loudly, focusing his ire on me. Even when my wife politely asked him to lower his voice, he turned his aggression towards her, raising his voice and hurling insults.

Pravin Kolte's behavior was beyond unacceptable. He failed to comprehend the technical difficulties we were facing and instead resorted to abusive language, leaving my entire family humiliated and distraught. I had every intention of settling the bill, but due to the technical issues with online and card payments, coupled with a lack of available cash, I was unable to do so.

Pravin Kolte's worthlessness and rudeness knew no bounds. It was only thanks to the intervention of other diners that we were able to extricate ourselves from this horrifying situation. We were forced to leave the restaurant, not only with our day ruined but also with our dignity shattered.

I implore anyone considering dining at Mauryaa Multi Cuisine Restaurant And Bar to think twice. The disgraceful behavior displayed by Pravin Kolte, who claimed to be the owner, is a stain on this establishment's reputation. Very good ambience and lively place for casual dining.

This place offers good veg and non-veg options. Portions, serving is as per standards and test goods.

The USP items are non veg starters and sizzlers which are up to the mark. Veg options are average and just as expected. It seems that focus is on Non Veg USP items.

Again chinease is just an addition to menu, I always insist rather than adding pages to menu card; resturant can focus on serving menu items with some live presentation.

Drinks: drinks are good enough and as per standards however perticularly for my order there were 3 options missing in cocktails. This can be surely avoided and I hold one star for this.

Service: Service is very slow and lazy here, please expect additional wait time to see caption for order and the even after food arrive there is lazy attitude to serve in plate.

This is place is all set to serve you the best if management focus on some basics like service, inventory for cocktails.

However, it worth going early here and enjoy a round of cocktails till the time caption is free and food arrive...

Extremely Recommend Restaurant for casual drinkers and non vegetarian. Delicious food, great ambience and good service with little costly that makes memories. You can come with family, couple, friends and enjoy this amazing place. Not drinking family will fell uncomfortable. Maurya will served delicious food, in Non veg and veg menu's. They serve Maharashtrian and kolapuri non veg and Maharashtrian, Punjabi, south Indian and Chinese cuisine in veg. There are snacks menus too and also small cake stall, so that you can celebrate every movement. Hotel is well designed, with good ambience, nice table and plates. Waitres are well trained and behaviour is good, no problem whatsoever. Lighting is good and washroom well cleaned and no smell. There are lot of table to serve but Waiting is expected during dinner time. Hotel is easy to located and parking is front outside the hotel for two wheeler which is at owner risks. Four wheels parking is difficult to get.
