I ordered a Morton thali after confirming it was hot and freshly prepared today. After waiting for 45 minutes, I finally received my meal. The Morton gravy was full of bones and oil, with barely any meat. When I asked about it, they bluntly told me that they don’t serve boneless meat in the Morton plate. The biryani arrived only after multiple requests, and it was extremely hard and sticky. I couldn’t even eat a single spoonful. It was clear that the biryani was not freshly prepared today. I had to leave everything on the plate and go to the counter to complain. They barely listened to my complaint and simply informed me that the food was prepared this morning. They blamed the hard texture on fewer deliveries due to Sravan. They rudely told me to either eat it or pay and leave. I’ve never encountered such rude behavior anywhere in Pune. Well I used to order their biryani 5 times a week. At times they have given me wrong portions through swiggy so that I have to report the issues to consumer court. I felt the quality and quantity that they serve is by considering normal people, but all of a sudden they have inflated the prices on all the online platforms also removed the offers. That's also fine but in that also they have started providing small portions. That's the time I have switched to other biryani houses as I understand losing 1 customer won't cost much but losing hundreds of customers with the similar experience will.
