Rutu's Chinese Treet — Restaurant in Pune

Giving 1 star only because there is no option for zero star. Though food quality is okay, but very arrogant and insolent owner. The incident happened with me is as follows. I had lunch at this place and tried to pay through Google pay. But due to some technical issue the transaction was not completed. As I was in hurry i paid may bill as cash and requested the person sitting at the billing counter to refund my money if he receives it online on Google Pay. On the same day in the evening I noticed that money was deducted from my account so I personally went to the place to receive my refund. As there were only workers present so I called the owner on number provided and asked for refund. Very arrogantly he told me to call in the late evening. After this i called and sent messages to this person daily for a week but he was not ready to refund my money. After one week when I had a chance to visit the same locality so to get my refund i instead of asking for refund directly went to the restaurant and ate same dishes so that I will get bill of same amount. This time when I went to billing counter there was another person (may be his brother) i show him my google pay and told the issue...He was nothing but the same kind of his brother and started evading. The person was so arrogant and disrespectful. Finally after long quarrel he had to settle the thing.

This is a favourite of mine and my friends to visit whenever we hangout because it has great food and a cozy and perfectly lit atmosphere which helps you relax and have a good time, it is a perfect place for non-vegetarians and people who like to enjoy Chinese.

The food is very affordable in my opinion, starting from ₹150 to ₹200. And one of the best I have tasted as I have tried many other chinese restaurants here in pune but always get disappointed. But rutus is an exception.

The only downside is I think is that after evening especially on weekends there is a huge waitlist for a table, so you will have to wait atleast 1 hour with upto 2-3 hours. Thus I would recommend to visit in the morning or during lunch time as you would immediately get a table with fast service.

Overall best Chinese place in my opinion in the heart of Pune, so must visit if looking for...
