Vyanjan — Restaurant in Pune

Happened to be on Tilak Road and saw this small place and decided to try it out.

Ambiance- A very small,clean place with 6 tables, with a separate place for take away. Vyanjan also has a look-through kitchen.

Service- Quick. The owner helped us in choosing the food items according to our need and also asked us about the taste.

Food. Mix veg paratha ( shudh ghee) A must try ! The paratha was soft and yummy. It was served with dal makhni, panner sabji, salad, rajma, dahi Bondi

Panner onion paratha This one was my favourite ! Minced panner in Indian spices with onion and other veggies. Was lip smacking.

Masala Rice. This rice was quite good with lots of spices. Loved it !

Lassi Liked it very much. Not too sweet, perfectly balanced with dry fruits, gulkand.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant, and it was a very disappointing experience. The paratha I received was poorly cooked and barely had 20% stuffing, which was not only insufficient but also undercooked.

To make matters worse, the owner is extremely rude and lacks basic courtesy when it comes to service. Both delivery and dine-in experiences are equally bad, which is truly unacceptable.

It’s disheartening because this restaurant once had excellent food quality, generous stuffing, and great service. Sadly, the standards have now gone from great to the worst.

Overall, I had a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They seriously need to work on their food quality...

Food is on an average side. The owner is extremely rude though. Visited the place 3-4 times had a similar experience everytime. He gives a feeling as if he's serving the food for free aur hum pe ehsaan karrahe hai khila ke. Prices on a higher side ,yet the plates used are pretty old and of cheap quality plastic. Serving hot food in plastic is not advisable as the microplastics might even cause cancer. The sections are so small in the plates that the chhole served is insufficient for one bhatura and then they refill it with a small bowl (owner is so closefisted that he doesn't even fill the tiny refill bowl completely) blacklisted the...
