Sweekar Pure Veg — Restaurant in Pune

Here are the 4 reasons for the 4 stars: The quality of food has been maintained over quite a long period of time. The service is quick and the staff is very efficient. Even though the ambience isn't extraordinary, it's clean. I went there for some good, delicious, comfort food and that's what I got. Now to be honest, there wasn't any beautiful plating or anything but the food was hot and authentic and yum. And that's what matters most to me.

One star off because the tables are quite small and it can get a little inconvenient. Also, there can be a wait if you're there for the thali.

I would have liked to give 5 stars. But here, on a comparative scale, 4.5 is where I think Sweekar stands.

You need to understand the type of restaurant it is, a vegetarian, family restaurant. If hot, delicious, authentic food is what you're looking for, Sweekar won't disappoint you.

Talking about the food, the food quality is excellent 👍🏽. Much healthier ❤️‍🩹 and tastier 😋I feel.

Sweekar is famous for its Maharashtrian Thali 🍽️ and South Indian varieties....

It also caters into Punjabi Cusine and salads..🌽🍅🍴

Paneer & Other starters are also very well famous...

The staff and counter managers are quite friendly and helpful👥....

While dinning, one will feel the beauty of the era passed, old type wooden furniture💺 and old colours add to the food flavour...

Sweeekar is normal , regular, family friendly, pocket friendly, veg. restaurant ,even for day to day meals also. For breakfast/ nasta, all regular maharastrian items, also south items are made available. Plenty of options are available. During meals time, even nasta items are served. Ambience is perfect. Waiting may be a process for Saturday,Sunday meals. Service , no doubt ,quick,clean, non- argumentative smile service. Delivery of all items orders on line are also entertained. Toilet facility available. Hotel pvt parking not there but no difficulties for parking of vehicles experienced so far. ( NEAR FOOTPATH & SIDE LANE). Transactions by cash,card...
