The Manager claims that the waiter was polite enough to say that the Biryani will be replaced half way when we realised the given Biryani was mutton and not chicken which we actually ordered. When we asked the waiter to get it rectified he got us the bill charging mutton biryani which was not even ordered. Well that was not it. When i asked the waiter to get the bill right, i.e. we ordered chicken biryani so it should be charged accordingly he said you ate Mutton biryani so will be charged and that it was my fault that I couldn't realise it at that start and not half way which i wouldn't as I'm not a mutton eater. Could realise the same only after encountering big bone in the biryani. On refusing to do so he directed me to the counter and the experience was even more amazing, the great uneducated manager even before knowing the scenario was so rude rather being apologetic about it started threatening. The experience was very insulting.
FYI... When i can pay you 1800 buck paying extra 50 buck is not I would have thought of if the hospitality was right.
The issue is what is right and what is wrong.
Worst place.

Read moreI had to wait for 35+ minutes to get my thali and then when I had finished 50% of my food then the starters arrived which is like 45 minutes later when I placed the order. The Banjara kebab was good and juicy but as it was already served soo late I didn't have an appetite to eat it. Also the staff here is not trained they don't know how to serve food the waiter droped a piece if kebab on floor but luckily as they had brought it soo late I was already full on my main course (thali) The chicken in thali was as hard as Natraj eraser The phandra rassa was only coconut milk that's it no flavour at all The overall quantity compared to price is good Ole bombli fry is also a good dish nice crispy on outside and soft on the inside So my suggestion is if you don't care about how late the food is served to you or if you don't care about how the food is served to you, you can visit this place...
