We visited at 9;45 am on a Sunday morning, and were quick to get a table.. it got crowded pretty soon. There were only 2 people attending guests so things were a bit stretched, for example to get water or a salt pepper shaker, you have to look for their attention and takes a bit of time. The order was taken fast, but delivery took some time - it's a small restaurant and being full means 20 minutes approx. for the food to reach your table. Seasoned guests parked someone on a table, ordered and then went around for a chat around the road !
The Yorkshire special BF was a problem - we asked for Bhurji and were asked scrambled ? When we insisted on bhurji, we were told - yes - it's the same. What was served was the gooey scrambled rather than the bhurji. So that was a flop. The sausage was well cooked and okayish in taste. The salamis were a flop. The separate order for masala bhurji was spot on. Well cooked - with a good flavour and texture. Well done here. The omelette and the pancakes were good - though too much chilly in the omlette made it a tough one. It was also made with 2-3 eggs - so quite filling by itself and with the hashbrowns. The pancakes were very good - no complaints there. The Calcutta egg roll was a bit gooey on th inside with a lot of mayo and stuff thrown in. Overall good value for money, but plan to wait a bit and a bit of...
Read moreThis was my first visit to this place and I had a wonderful experience over here.
Ambience: It has a good ambience and a good clean hygienic place.
Food: I loved the food over here. Tasty, nicely presented and good quality as well. I ordered 3 items and all were equally delicious. Egg Bhurji:(₹160/-) It was the basic dish i ordered and was very tasty. No nonsense food. Just kept is simple and delicious with good quality butter i can smell and taste. Peri Peri chicken omelette: (₹240/-) This was yet another delicious dish being served. A nice omelette filled with chicken and served with toasted bread, beans and mayonnaise. The beans were also very unique and tasty with a delicious mix of mayonnaise dip. Wow... Kerala Prawns curry: (₹300/-) Another delicious dish waiting for us. As the name suggests it was prepared in coconut gravy filled with prawns and served with rice. It was also very tasty. The only disappointment here was the quantity of food as per the price was very less. They would have increased the number of prawns as well. Rest all was good. Only this dish i felt a bit expensive as per the price tag
Service: I was very happy with the taste and service. Service was prompt as well. Sooraj who helped us in the selection of the dish and serving was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I would love to...
Read moreLast weekend, my friends and I decided to try out Yolkshire in Aundh, and it turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience. With four of us in tow and appetites ready, we dived into a hearty spread that truly exceeded expectations.
We started with the Traditional English Breakfast, which was a standout. Everything on the plate – from the eggs to the sausages and hash browns – was cooked to perfection, with flavors that felt both comforting and authentic.
The Choco Pancake was another winner – rich, fluffy, and indulgently chocolaty without being overly sweet. It paired wonderfully with their Hot Chocolate, which was smooth, warm, and just the right level of creamy. It’s the kind of drink that wraps you in a hug.
We also tried the Pink Pasta, which not only looked great but also delivered on taste with a velvety sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. The Baked Beans on Toast and Mashed Potatoes were great accompaniments – simple, flavorful, and satisfying.
Every single dish felt like it had been made with care. The quality, presentation, and portion sizes were spot on. The ambiance of the place was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for brunch with friends.
If you're in or around Aundh and craving a fulfilling breakfast or brunch, Yorkshire should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely...
