Domino's Pizza | Chowk Phawara, Amritsar — Restaurant in Punjab

I had been many places of Domino's Pizza chain in india from Mumbai, to Kochi to visakhapatnam to Goa and many more places I had tasted the pizza of Domino's and I'm even a share holder in the Domino's chain in india. But this Domino's Pizza point is the worst in my life. Starting from the ambience of the Domino place is not good, the AC (air condition) is not working properly when I asked about this to the staff they said that the Brand is responsible for that. The staff who was taking order is doing every thing from taking order to something preparing the order and even distributing the pizza as well without wearing proper uniform such as name tally. When I asked for the bill, the staff said we will provide you when we will give pizza to you. When the pizza got ready they handed over to us without cutting the pizza into shapes and when asked about the bill the staff said I will print and then give it to you. When we requested to give glasses for the soft drinks the staff said we don't have one we will provide you soon

BUT that soon never come by and our whole pizza and soft drink finished but the glasses never came. I had ordered another item in the menu along with the pizza but they had not served me but they charged me with the money for the same. When I said plse print the bill, the whole staff was gone into some kind of shock and doing every bit of try luck to print my bill but for 15 minutes they couldn't print the bill so me along with my whole family left the Domino's with unpleasant taste. As the Domino's has the analogy to say that you will come back soon But this time it is highly unlikely that this will happen. Hoping that the franchise owner should take note of it and do actions appropriately. Note:- There were other people as well who had the similar complain like us. And some of them even yelled at the staff but they didnt rectify...

As i am a regular buyer of domino's, today i visited your branch near golden temple, i didnt like the service given by ur staff, i felt like there was something wrong going on. As i ordered veg cheese pizza which was costing me 220 as per mentioned on the price board. But when they made my bill they asked me to pay 370/- i was shocked and asked y, they replied due to liquid cheeze final price is 370. I said ok and gave them my card for transaction. They refused to accept card and ask only for cash. When i said i dont use cash. I have goggle the asked me my contact and sent a link with no price and they asked to pay 370, they didn't gave me the bill. I asked them for my bill they replied will give after order. When they gave me my order i saw choco lawa cake was added to it.. But i never, asked them to add it. They done this just to show the price 370.
