Sudipar Rannaghar Puri — Restaurant in Puri

Have you been to a random Country Liquor On Shop? I had, once, long ago.

And today I relived the memory (no, this place does not serve any alcohol).

A board placed at a seperate stair on the main road (so you need to ask around, and I happened to ask one of the customers who was standing outside, and saved myself from a lot of trouble of landing up somewhere else), and a corridor inside a separate hotel and then a small arrow that makes you turn left, and voila! What a welcoming feel!!

After all the hard work, I found the place to be full (good sign, many people came to eat here), I stood beside the manager to enquire about the turn around time to get a table for 4 and after 19 minutes, the manager kindly told me and his restaurant attendants that he had no clue what all orders he had accepted and how much it may take them to cook and serve and the customers to eat.

Possibly, out of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), he then disappeared. Where, I have No Clue.

As I was standing closest to the Manager's Desk, I spent the next 15 odd minutes explaining to the even newer customers that I was not the manager and had no business to arrange for food for their families and friends. I was even given feedback for not being well versed with the Menu of my "own restaurant", and as usual, I welcomed all feedback.

After 40 odd minutes, and after witnessing an aged woman almost collapsing due to the lack of ventilation, I realized I was not worthy enough to have the privilege of eating here.

Once (if ever) I am proved worthy to taste the food, I would be able to put a review for that too, but from the visuals, the bowls of the dishes (excepting rice) looked like for "sampling only".

Sudipar rannaghar is my first choice in puri which is located at new Marine drive road near Puri swargader sea beach. Food items are unique & fresh. Food items are available here in reasonable prices. Quick service & atmosphere is good. Attenders 's behaviour is supportive & soo friendly to their all customers specially they give respect to senior citizens customers. They give their attention to their all customers perfectly . Their all food items are unique and special. I spent 3 days here.I took dinner & lunch both from here in three days. I ordered: Fish thali , prawn malaikari, chicken khosa, mutton khosa, chichen bharta, Basanti pollao, kochi pattar jhol, again fish thali, vetki paturi, butter paneer masala, two big size omlets & hath roti Sorry I forgot to take other food item's photos. One of the most hyped place of this place, they charge premium and offer very medicore, the taste of the food they serve is very simple and anyone xan feel they don't deserve the price tag, also they take awful lot of time to serve and if you wait for 30 minutes for your food and after that you receive this kind plain simple tasteless food, then it will become absolutely horrendous experience, people need to look for some reviews on Google before visiting this place, i am not recommending this place at all, also i am not visiting this restaurant in future.
