I would like to request you to do not visit Pantaloons saket, In case of product exchange they have different hidden conditions.

We went to the staff with intention to check whether we can exchange available products or not , employee Deepak direct us to Levi's employee, Who checked our product and confirm us to exchange it. After 3 hours of search we finalise few products to exchange with. At the time of billing their Manager come on the desk with very pathetic mood and denied to exchange the product...

After struggling we got the contact no of Mr Anand who is the outlet manager (as per Abhimanyu), apologies but denied to exchange the product and agree to send their Levi's Employees for 3-4 hours to clean our house in exchange of our Precious Time...

I am waiting for the person ...............

Basically store is running by Aditya Birla group but by Managers on their own...

The staff of pantaloons are very polite and nice but i am shocked to see pantaloon is still charging 9 Rs.for the bag where they have highlighed the brand name so that they can do the advertisement of their brand.Infact while roaming in the mall 2 visitors were asking weather any sale is on in pantaloons...by seeing the bag.This is really shameful for a brand who is charging the customers Rs.9 for their brand promotion .This is really not expected from a so called Big Brand PANTALOONS...really pathetic...If they are really concerned for the environment and saving tress,then they should stop manufacturing the bags...instead of making it as a source of...
