I visited this place when I traveled to Chennai from Pondicherry. And, it was almost the closing time of the shop which was around 09:55 pm. But, the baby essentials and accessories displayed in the shop attracted me and made me visit it. To my surprise, I had a warm welcome by the staff Mr. Ambeth even though the shop closing time was approaching. Knowing that I had come from Pondy, Mr. Ambeth offered me a bottle of water and asked me to relaxedly purchase as I was bit in a hurry to complete the shopping since it was the closing time. But Mr. Ambeth accompanied me throughout the floor and also helped me choose the right set of outfits, shoes and other essentials for my one year old son. It was almost 10:30 pm when I had finished shopping. He patiently waited and helped me shop. After reaching my home in Pondicherry, I realised that I had left my baby's dress that I had taken for measurement reference in the shop itself. After talking to Mr. Ambeth about this, he quickly responded and went to the extent of couriering the items to my residence without even charging me. I'm totally blown away by the kind gesture this staff has shown me. I strongly recommend this shop to everyone to have a pleasant shopping experience.
