You can get all the stuff in one place. Good place for shopping in the weekend. Ample space for two wheeler parking which is good. Tender coconut(taste is not good)availability is one of the best in the shop.

Reason for reducing two star.

Behaviour of one of the security was very bad, he treated as though we are stealing something, though another security stopping him not to say that but still he was doing that.

Since we had visited for first time, we didn't know how to go to counter, we finished shopping and came out for counter to pay which is outside and security blocked. He should have told that the path for counter not this way sir, you should take this way instead he said how come u don't know the path of counter, you people are coming for this, I have seen many people like you blah blah. Initially didn't strike what he was talking about later realised his worst intention then I shouted at him for his worst behaviour. Another security convinced me and saying please take that path for counter sir.

Basic common sense was not there.. Who will take all the stuffs openly outside that too two security standing and checking the items at the entrance.

Shop thinking that all new comers who comes to their shop knows all the path and their rules which is utter nonsense.

If any new comers takes the wrong path, first guide them. Don't jump into your nonsensical idiotic conclusion.

After that incident, i would have visited this shop more than 50 times with my family for the last 5 years.

Still this shop is our favourite because we buy all the stuff that we need for our family,easy bike parking and complete our lunch nearby hotel. Best shop for weekend shopping.

To the management Sarava stores. I had really very bad experience, I had purchased few cloths, did the payment through scanner, the session got expired but payment was done. I am showing the proof of payment details and also gave them transaction details but your staff refused to give me items, they were very unprofessional there were no floor manager to solve the issues, I had wait for more then a hour but still the problem was not solved or I did not get any solution, there was one supervisor Tamil maran, he don't have any basic knowledge of payments, even after me showing him the payment successful screenshot, giving him all the details he was repeatedly telling me that it will be refunded in 24 hours he was not ready to even go and check with finance team. And i decided to wait for the refund and paid through cash for what I had purchased. After 24 hours since I did not receive refund i contacted him, he has asked for my bank statement which i provided them, later he got back to me telling that they have received the amount and they will refund it and it will take 2 days time, I also agreed for that, after two days i contacted them back for my refund amount, no proper response asked me to drop a mail and raise complaint, I dropped mail and raised a complaint untill now there is no response from them and even the contact person is not responding to the calls and messages now. It's almost been two weeks now still I did not receive refund, I did not expect these kind of service from this big organisation.

They don't have problem solving management, when I was trying to reach out for manager or floor manager, even the security gaurd is addressing himself as a manager, after insisting I want to speak to higher authorities then he introduce me to superviser who has zero...
