Cake was not up to the mark...... The chocoman team messed from start to the end..... I ordered a cake for my kids 1st bday... i had my own ideas to be implemented on the design of the cake....... The chocoman chromepet team was not ready to address it properly.... they started suggesting their own ideas.... i was arguing with them for almost 1hour.... but at the end they suggested their own idea for the cake.... I was totally irritated arguing with the salesperson / owner.... finally i said them ok to do their idea.... but i wanted the best of it coz it was my kids 1st bday..... and paid the bill, left the place stating that the cake must be by 7 for cake cutting.... On the day of the bday.... the chocoman team started calling as they wanted to deliver the cake by 5 itself... but on the bill it was cleary mentioned as 7.00pm... As the event was in a party hall, and we were not arrived at the place yet.... we were literally tensed and said them that they could deliver post 6.30 pm.... But the the driver started calling after 20mins... and started to irritate us on the delivery as he had to leave for some other places.... finally my husband had to rush to the party hall and receive the cake by 5.30 itself... even the delivery time was by 7 they started messing with us from 5.... and i must tell about the design on which i was arguing with the sales person.... CAKE WAS LITERALLY NOT UP TO THE MAKE. My bday theme was tinker bell.... we had the best design selected for the backdrop and every other things at the end the cake was a big mess and NOT UP TO THE MARK....Going forward i will never recommend Chocoman.... and this is a big Full stop and Red flag for Chocoman..... i dint expect that i would experience such...

Don't spoil your big day by ordering cake here!!! I like chocoman's cake quality so I preferred to order continuously even they spoiled my daughters Naming ceremony, first & second Bday cake. Naming ceremony: they have written Happy birthday Asked baby shark cake design but end up with different and spoiled my daughter cake on her Bday Yesterday directly I got 1Kg Choco truffle cake for 1000 days of my kid bday but they have given spoiled one. When I raise a complain they are saying taste is good cant do anything. So far I have not complained and even didn't get any additional money or free order for their mistake because after all my daughter function I don't want things to go bad. even they know that but genuinely I'm complaining about cake taste still they don't care? worst customer...

My go to place to have evening snacks for the past four years continuously....its close to my college and it isn't a bad place to eat either... The chicken arabiata pasta used to be the best but the quality has reduced for some reason I dunno why. May be a change of chef...but its really disappointing... The waiters are not really helpful either and I've been her may be 30 times and sometimes they are fine and sometimes they are just not... Very very reasonable rates for All the food... Cakes are definitely yumm...they do birthday cakes also and they are really good.. The ambience is ok ok may b a 3/5 Every time I order a coke it is always diluted with water...
