Terrible experience with Faasos Wraps and Rolls – Unsafe delivery and poor food quality

I had one of the worst experiences today with Faasos Wraps and Rolls Adyar and there delivery person's and I feel it's important to share.

First, the delivery was completely unacceptable. The order was late, and two delivery persons came – both were rude and appeared to be drunk. One of them even snatched my phone without my permission and rated his own delivery 5 stars, then handed over the food and my phone and walked off. At that time, I was unwell and half asleep, or I would have reacted more strongly. This is not just bad service – it’s a serious safety concern.

Now, about the food – the quality was extremely poor. The wraps were cold and hard to chew, tasted bad, but it was barely edible.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was disturbing. Faasos needs to take this seriously – especially the behavior of delivery staff. This kind of service is not...

One of the worst food delivery services ever. I order from this restaurant usually from Swiggy because they bait you with this "60% off" offer almost every other day and most of the time they screw up my order. Either the delivery time is too long because it takes forever for them to prepare the food or they miss items. If you want to order something from here then dont order more than one item at once otherwise they will miss some of the items in your order. They always miss my drinks but deliver the main course. They don't miss the item in the bill amount though... but you have to pray if all the items are there before opening...

It's a good option when you want to order food online. The food is delivered with neat packaging along with cutlery. Coming to the food, it's quite tasty and also the quantity is good. The price might seem a bit high but I usually order in phonepe switch to get additional discounts and cashbacks which ultimately makes it really cheap.
