Rude behavior by the staff. On 12.06.25 evening around 6 to 6.30pm the staff not even looking at me and giving me bun butter jam in a plate, i told him i order for take away then he rudely asking me do u want this or not ? I said im still standing here and asking you to give me takeaway. I feel like he will hit me or throw somerhing on my face. I bought 1 bun butter jam...

Once upon a time Tea time was the best tea franchise and my favourite too..but now it's getting worse ..price is also getting high when compared to other tea franchises ..need to improve lot of new things to stay in market else soon you'll be get out...
