McRennett Cakes Thousand light — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is the last purchase from McRnt.... (Only Thousand Lights Branch)

Worst experience..... I Ever seen... (Product's all good and Value all fine. ) But...... Working staffs behaviour very bad and poor service.

(There is one women "senior staff" scolding other junior staffs in the front of customers, and one customer adviced her kindly like (don't do this front of the customers.) but she replied to that customer very badly even she not respect to the customers. Very big argument i saw in the SHOP, between a staff and customers.)

Please advise her....

Today I had a very bad experience in your shop. Every month, I spent 10,000 rupees on cakes from your shop. I bought cakes worth more than 20,000 rupees from your shop last month alone, and I also lost the related bill, so I asked for a duplicate bill from your staff, and one of your lady staff working in your shop said it's your fault that you missed the bill, so we can't give you a duplicate bill, and not only that, she was shouting and talking too loudly. I visited Mcrennet thousand lights today, to buy cake pieces for distributing underprivileged children. I had asked for 15 pieces and told them to pack each piece separately. They said they can’t and were really rude. I told them if packaging will charge , I will pay that also. But one lady was very rude and spoke really bad. I had to buy all the pieces together. So if you are looking to buy in bulk, I would definitely not recommend mcrennet especially the thousands lights branch. They are certainly not customer friendly and will spoil your...
