CIBO FINE DINE — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I would say i had one of the worst experiences here. I visited the restaurant for lunch and the valet parking person, as soon as we entered told the restaurant is full pls leave. No restaurant says it’s customers to leave but to wait so they can check if tables are available. I have visited so many but this was 0 in customer service. I went to the restaurant to directly check if it had place n there was lot of tables empty. So I asked the manager n he asked me to wait for 20 mins which was fine by me as the reviews wer too good for the food and the place. After we entered we wer not given the menu card around 15 mins for which we had to ask n finally got just one for people of 6. Ther wer people in other tables waiting for food and already there was some issues in other tables for not receiving the food they ordered. It was too late n kids wer so hungry. We had to wait more than an hour for the food to come. We went by 2.45 Pm and got the food around 3.45. When asked the manager he told it’s freshly made n that is the reason it is taking time (even the chicken is cut only after we order). At the time of order he told there is no sea food no mutton only chicken dishes available. I do not know how can a restaurant run out of dishes that to on a busy day like Sunday. After a long wait the food came n the portions was horrible which was not good enough for even 1 person. We cancelled the other dishes which we ordered n walked out. A 60% discount was given but if it goes like this they should give discount for all the customers coz each table was waiting for the food for so long. Just want to mention this is not the way to treat customers n I would request YouTubers and Instagram food vloggers not to give fake promotions for such restaurants and disappoint people...

Worst experience ever. The vallet parking wala was trying to send us saying the restaurant is full. Since we had a booking at 3:15 we went to the restaurant and got the table immediately. In fact the restaurant wasn’t completely full. The manager is the only person who takes order and do the billing, when we entered the a group of 8 ppl were already screwing the manager for showing faces on them. We were waiting to get the menu for 15 mins, while giving the menu he said he disent have mutton and sea food we were left with only chicken dishes, on order the food it takes minimum of an hour for us to get. On seeing the quantity it was so disappointing. For the price that he is charges pasta (480) the quantity that he gave was very very less.. I have never seen any restaurant giving so much lesser quantity for Rs480. I got so disappointed and asked him that is this the quantity u give for 480 he compensated us with one more pasta which was again less. It’s like literally u need to beg him for the food that we order. I told him I am gonna give google reviews and the manager started to fight with me saying I am blackmailing him. Finally we cancelled the rest of the order and we asked for the bill and he said we don’t have to pay for it. Even for the bill we had to fight to get the bill and he gave us 60% off for the food that we ate which is not necessary at all for us. May b he thought we wouldn’t give a review if he gives the food for free. But then we paid 986 for the food which was complete waste, not even the taste was good. Heard lot of instagram and YouTube influencers talk about this so I decided to visit this place for my birthday with all my friends. The resturant ambience was beautiful and it had all the dark interiors with good lighting. So it was a dinner party and once we sat down we all started ordering many dishes from their menu. Food was good but they made us wait 20 to 30 min for each dish to come so we all were very annoyed and the waiter kept saying we are making fresh so it will take time. Even for simple fried rice they took about 25 min to come. Food was decent but service was very average. They have discount going on Swiggy and Zomato app so if anyone wants to visit they can book table through Any apps or just call them and ask for a discount when booking a table. We all were annoyed with the waiting period Apart from that it’s a good place to chill with friends and family.
