Overall rating 3 given bcz of one of the irresponsible Manager.

When we are 9 persons went for Lunch on 29.09.24, the manager Kannan asked us to sit in the table meant for 6 persons. When asked him how can 9 persons accommodate in small congested place. He was refused the change the table and literally making us to go out.

But another good Manager who noticed this requested us to sit in another comfortable place which meant for 8 persons.

The Manager Kannan who handled us first is not knowledgeable and stupidly handling the customer. He doesn't have managerial quality and also mannerless person. Hope he is having sight problem also. He don't know the size of tables also.

While going out in stairs after finished our lunch, the same Kannan intentionally stood in middle of steps (like bullocks standing in middle of the road obstructing vehicles) blocking the way to us.

My opinion is he is not fit for the post of Manager who doesn't have courtesy to say sorry whereas another person who tooks orders take apologise by saying sorry many times. He is rude, rough and irresponsible person.

Bcz of him, the branch name will get spoiled soon.

About hotel, valet parking available in weekends. But it seems they also parking on roads at their risk. You all may aware that Annanagar 3rd Avenue is busy road which is covers under cctc surveillance.

Coming to food there are many veg hotels in that road itself. So they should overcome competition. Rates are very high not equivalent to quality.

Outrageously Unprofessional Behavior – A Disgraceful Dining Experience

I chose this restaurant for what I hoped would be a relaxing dinner, drawn in by its seemingly pleasant ambience. But what followed was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant.

The music being played was blaringly loud—completely inappropriate for a dining setting and more suited to a rowdy stadium. It didn’t match the ambience at all and made it impossible to enjoy the meal or even have a conversation. I politely asked the staff to reduce the volume, and shockingly, not only was my request ignored, but I was met with hostility and verbal abuse.

The so-called “manager” went on a tirade, boasting arrogantly that the restaurant makes crores because of the music and told me directly, and I quote: “If you fing people don’t like the music, just get out.”* Is this how customers are treated here?

This kind of vulgar, aggressive, and completely unprofessional behavior is beyond unacceptable. Several other guests were also clearly irritated, yet no one from the staff showed the slightest concern. Instead, they doubled down on their arrogance.

I urge the higher authorities or ownership of this place to take serious and immediate action. If this is the kind of customer service and attitude being endorsed, this restaurant has no business operating in the hospitality industry. Absolutely...

Parking: valet parking is available which is very helpful

Ambience: kinda big place with 1st floor seating area as well which suits big family events

Food: good pure vegetarian food. I had mini tiffin that has vadai, idly, mini masala dosai, ghee rich yummy Kesari , filter coffee

Service: this is quite lacking even for a non-busy morning . We had to constantly remind them about mini masala dosai and filter coffee . There were no tissues provided on table, no additional chutneys , we had to ask for everything . Also the someone near the reception (captured in the entrance pic) was very loud and rude to a female employee about her chappal in front of us all near reception. Managers should not be rude to employees and treat them with respect . Overall, service needs to be improved .

This place is great for vegetarian food and can accommodate large families . Kindly improve service
