So in my pursuit for finding a good artisanal pizza, my first one is ciro's pizza@ Anna Nagar. I missed finding it at night since there was no lighting for the narrow entrance there and the board was for brew room which apparently closed down. The ambience is great but is a leftover from brew room. Place can do a bit of revamp but given the diners are very low maybe not a good idea rn. The waiter was friendly but struggled in communication. I ordered a custom pizza because there was no option for napoletana and San marzano for any of the menu items except for 2 veg pizzas. But what's a pizza if not for both of these. With these I added black olives, jalapeño, sun dried tomatoes and smokey chicken as topping along with normal mozzarella. For unknown reasons the pizza took a good 35 minutes for it to reach the table which was a bit frustrating. The pizza was excellent for what I expected. The toppings were intensity flavoured and was in the right amount although i would've loved a bit more of the chicken and the tomatoes. The chilly olive oil was a good addition to the pizza. The crust was soft and fluffy and it bought out the flavours of the tomato in a beautiful manner. Although the cost is on the pricier side, there was a promotion of 20% off when I visited which made it a bit more relaxing. I would def visit this place once in a month if I'm around. If I a could afford to have everything off the menu I would've. Overall for the pizzas it's 💯. My suggestions would be to keep a visible light and board to catch people's attention, do some marketing in the local area to increase visibility and last, bring down the prices a bit more so that we can try more. I'm sure if the prices are atleast 30% down from here, I would've ordered more dishes which would make up for...

Read moreI can appreciate an attempt at artisnal pizzas and infact I love to try new restaurants. I can only hope the owner has eaten a pizza in their life. Calling their pizzas thin crust is a joke, and an attempt at inquiring the nature of the pizza results in an almost mocking response stating "this is thin crust". I can even forgive the thinness of the pizza, but the stinginess of toppings cannot be forgiven.
Oh and if the waiter sees anyone wearing skimpy attire expect preferential treatment to them, while...
