Cocoa Crust — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I had one of the WORST EXPERIENCE ordering the cake from Cocoa Crust. My Experience "I ordered a cake 2 days in advance from cocoa crust, they confirmed the order. On the day of the event when I went to collect the cake, the manager, informed that they don't have any order confirmation. After all the confusion, finally they agreed that they missed out on the order. After 20 mins, they randomly baked a low quality cake and dusted off their hands.

Review about the Cake: We informed them to write jus the name Nyra on the cake, without event using their common sense they mentioned "JUS THE NAME NYRA" on the cake. this is how seriously they take their jobs. (Cake pic attached with the review) The cake base was so hard and cold, that it was difficult to take the bite, we assumed that they used the stale cake base from the freezer and added wipped cream and dusted their hands offer the order. The taste was so bad that even kids attending the b'day event did not eat the cake. The cake was EXPENSIVELY priced , which is not at all worth it. " They do not answer any calls, they expect you to watsapp all the time and we get their standard automated bot msgs.

NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Please trust the negative reviews. I feel The positive reviews are self posted through know sources. Now i understand Only the negative reviews are real feedback.

It's not at all real butter cream it's worser than local bakery cream. Real butter cream melts at room temperature but this cake will never melt I dunno what kind of ingredients they use. Very very very poor quality cakes. Worst & cheap cake I ever had. I dunno what to describe. Please don't buy from here this will spoil your celebration vibes.

Please buy from branded shops though pricing is high atleast we get best quality as end product.
