Oct 2025 Back again, disappointed yet another time in 3 yrs!! Pathetic hygiene, poor service, must mention the crew lacks basic customer service and walk around throwing attitude! On finishing our dinner, we had requested for the remaining to be packed. We were given it in a soiled box. I walked up to the billing counter and gave my feedback on table hygiene (basics like seasoning bottles being sticky, tables not cleaned properly, stained water glasses, the soiled packing and more to say). The guy at the counter, in the presence of the manager, said “you want you can talk to the manager” right on my face and walked away. The manager apologised a dozen times. I demanded the person come over and face the situation. What kind of attitude is this? The presence of the owner at the store will help avoid such situations!!

2022 We had ordered pizza to be delivered right across the road today, assuming it would get delivered in 30 mts but it took plus 35 mts and we were left with cold pizzas and that too post handling the call centre rep twice who had no clue about anything on the delivery and kept promising meaninglessly, but when the annoyance was at its peak. Then came the delivery boy in the scene who took a cool 6 calls to us to figure out where and how you deliver. Having gone this rigmarole i decided to contact the call centre once again to speak to the store manager who i thought will be able to relate to our concerns, though i was annoyed, Mr Nanda the store manager, patiently handled the call and ensured we had hot pizzas on time this time! Who doesn’t love pizza? With a cheesy🧀 layer with your favourite flavour and veggies or meat, it will always be a delight to eat it! . I went to Pizza Hut, who claims to be “Home of original pan pizza”, i wanted to check it out and so got few pizza🍕pasta🍝 , poppers and few desserts 🍮 and it was almost feeling so good 😊 with all those. . I tried spiced chicken meatball, chicken supreme, veggie italiano pizzas . All of them were so unique in taste,texture and flavour. I loved the chicken sausage stuffed in supreme while the chunky meatballs felt like juicy and the veggie supreme was full if jalapenos, capsicum and mushroom🍄 . Then i tried with jalapeño poppers and garlic bread stix , poppers was soft and cheesy filled inside while the stixs were too good with the mayo! It was good addons to the pizzas . Creamy mushroom pasta was little dry but cheesy and so good when hot! . Dessert time is always so good with choco chip cookie sundae which was a choco cake baked freshly with ice cream (similar Sizzling Brownie with icecream ❤️) but the taste was completely different and i loved it! Went for dine in. I was informed by waiter that no pasta items not available. When cross checked with manager he told they are available. Potato wedges were half cooked. Pasta was half cooked. Ordered medium pizza with veg kabab stuffed crust pizza. Turned out to be very bad. The pizza part was very small and stuffed crust occupied more than half part of the pizza portion. Simply saying they don't have qualified staff to manage kitchen and customers. The seating area is very small and people are waiting to be seated counting the minutes when we will vacate table. A party hall attached to the restaurant kept empty, if no booking for party hall, they can open it for other customers? Worst part is the AIr condition grill located in the roof above the table was dripping water due to condensation and water droplet ended directly on the dishes we ordered. Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant are not qualified enough to understand our concerns so rang the "happyness" counting bell and came out. Hope the franchise owner takes...
